On 2/13/2023 I had an appt at 10am to take my car in to get windows tinted. My car was not ready until 600pm when I picked it up. It was already dark. They did not give me a receipt or any paperwork on the labor and costs or any warranty on the work. The next day February 14th I looked at the tinting job and it was horrible. There were bubbles. Scratches, fingers, tint was peeling and tint was cut all crooked and there were gaps between the tint and the window where there was no tint. I took my car back and I told the receptionist the problem and she said the did not have a warranty only on certain things and that that the bubbles were due to condensation and there was nothing they could do. I asked for refund and she advised they do not do refunds. I asked to talk to the owner who was not in and would be in in 2 hrs. I left and went to 2 other tinting locations and had them look at the job that was done and they said that whoever done the tinting did a horrible job and this was unacceptable and that i should ask for a refund. They said that the scratches, bubbles was because the windows were not cleaned prior to putting on tint. They stated that the cutting of the tint was sloppy. I went back over there in 2 hours and I asked the receptionist for a receipt of payment and any other paperwork on the tinting and warranty and she said all they gave out was a receipt of payment. The owner walked in and I told him the issue and he became very combative and defensive immediately and refused to listen to my concerns about the job that was done, saying that he had been in business for 25 yrs and that there was nothing wrong with the job. I couldn't understand why he was saying that when he hadn't looked at the work even though I told him to give me the courtesy to go out and look at it with me. He finally did and as I pointed all the things listed above he continued to make excuses and be defensive. He said the windows were scratched prior, that the fingers could be taken out and the bubbles were due to condensation. He also said that the tint was not placed all the way down to the window and this was the norm. I also pointed out the cutting of the tint edges and how uneven they were. I advised him that I was not happy with the work and I wanted a refund. He replied that he didn't do refunds. I asked him why and he said I just don't. Then he turned around and said "you know what sue me". I then told him I was calling the police and he said your calling the police get out of my shop and call outside. I left and i called other tinting shops to see what they charged to remove the tinting and they quoted me $100. They advised that since the tinting was recent i could try to remove myself so I did. After I removed the tinting myself there were no scratches on my windows as the owner of the tint place claimed. If you look at the reviews for this business they are very bad and have been scamming people for a long time.Initial Complaint

I brought a vehicle to get a windshield replaced. Drove over 100 mi to do so. Left the place heard a hissing sound coming through. Called back the guy had left the office. Brought it back again left and same issue came back once again and still having the same issues. Very unreliable, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.Initial Complaint

10-25-21 Placed an order with Rio Rancho Glass to have a patio door installed. Paid $1350.00 in cash (have receipt) Was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get in 11-24-21 Called for status told not in 12-1-21 Called for status told it would be in in a week 12-6-21 Status told not in they would call when it came in 12-8-21 Received message it would be in another week or so 12-20-21 Told it was in but would have to wait 1-3-22 Told door was not in yet 1-13-22 Told it was no in yet I asked for refund 1-14-22 Called to pick up refund was told he would call when he got back to office never received call 1-17-22 Called again he said glass just had to be picked up 1-18-22 Called again not in 1-20-22 Called again said he needed additional parts 1-21-22 Called again 2 times no response back 1-24-22 Called again owner said he would give partial refund but would still deliver and install door 1-26-22 Owner guaranteed delivery by 2-21-22 2-18 Called to confirm installation on 2-21-22 was told they would be here by 11:00 am 2-21-22 No call no show 2-22-22 Called the business 3 times before he called me back and said he would have to refund because he just did not get the door. I asked him for refund that day he said he would have the money on Thursday 2-24-22 at 8:30 in the office. Went to pick up and he was not there nor did he leave it. Called 13 times one of those times he answered and he said he was headed back and would call when he got there. Never got a call.
