I have taken my vehicle2020 gmc sierra for repairs to this shop ever since I bought the vehicle. Now this is the 4th time I contact the bussiness about same issue with my vehicles check engine light on and problem started on November 6th I called again this would be the 4th time the vehicle would need to go back in for the same recurring problem of check engine light on and problem starting on November 6th I spoke to ****** bussiness owner very rude and taking advantage that he owns the two GMC dealer in town when I asked him to please speak to his mechanics and ask for them to check starter given the fact that this is the 4th time that it needs to in for the same problem. The owner then proceeded to tell me to find a new place to take my vehicle and made it clear he owns the two shops in town that would take my vehicles warranty.. when they have been working on my vehicle and not doing the necessary repairs.Business response

In the course of 20 years running the two dealerships in Roswell, I have taken a personal interest in resolving issues with customers every day. In the event my staff is unable to satisfy a customer completely, I regularly reach out to dissatisfied customers personally in an attempt to resolve their issue and, at least, to ensure them that their business is important to me. As a result, our dealership has industry leading customer satisfaction ratings. I entered the conversation with this customer, as usual, intending to resolve the customers' concern. She was repeatedly rude and accusatory. The story she told me didn't bear itself out in the facts and her language was filthy. I repeatedly requested that she speak to me professionally and when it was clear she wouldn't, I asked her to find someone else to do business with. The money we might make doing business with her isn't worth the damage her approach would have on my employees or myself. This customer is the first customer in over 20 years that I have asked to go elsewhere to do her business. The only truth she told is that she would report me to the BBB. I am proud of the relationship I have developed in this marketplace over the last 20 years and would have loved to help her find a solution. However, I retain the right as a business owner to refuse service to anyone. This is the first time I've ever had to do it and her attempt to smear me in the public eye only validates my decision. To be clear, she is not welcome at either of my stores.
