      Date of Service of Service: 11/3/2023 Allergy Partners of NM has a third party billing service who has continued to bill me for payments previously made and are documented. Documentation for two charges and copies of cancelled checks attached as proof of payment. I've made multiple attempts to contact Allergy Partners of NM via phone and email. To date nothing received except for additional bils foramounts already paid; $75.00 check # 8423 and $8.95 check # 8414. My concern is that these amounts will be sent to collections thus damaging my credit when in fact they have been paid in full for these past due amounts.

      We have been in contact with this patient on multiple occasions related to his billing concerns.  We have confirmed with him that the payments, as listed in this complaint, are received and posted.  He is being billed for additional services not covered by his insurance carrier.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      An additional misbilling was received for $52.00 injection charge when in fact it should have been $40.00 for services rendered 2/6/2024. Correspondence from Allergy Partners Corporate office addressing this issue is available upon request: this was misbilled.

      I don't have an issue with the practice in Santa Fe, NM. They have been outstanding. My complaint is with the third party billing service recently contracted by Allergy Partners. They are incompetent if not fraudulent in their billing practices. I intend to keep this complaint open until such time the recent billing referenced above is amended along with an explanation from Allergy Partners addressing the reasons for these misbillings.

      I am not the only complaintant, staff members at the Santa Fe location have indicated they have had multiple issues since contracting their billing services.
