      I have been dealing with this issue for about a year now and ford is still throwing me around the bush. I had a check engine light come on and I went to get it fixed and they said they fixed it and next day the light came on for the same issue. When the car was taken in the second time the kept the car the whole day and night without telling me anything and I had to walk home from work. When I spoke to them the next day they said they had Not fixed the issue and they needed a part and I could pick it up till they got the part. When they got the part I called to see if I could take it in and they employee told me yes but it will take a long time and he wanted to emphasize it so I didn’t put a bad report on him again. I put a bad review on the website and also let the manager know and he said he would use it a teaching lesson on the employee. So I got it fixed and the Same day the light came on and they said there was nothing they could do and it was fine because an emissions leak wasn’t illega here. Then a week ago my car wouldn’t start (still had check engine light on) and I jumped it and then a check alternator light came on so I got it read at ford and it was the same error from the begging. When I got it fixed last week they said it was the batter and it would be fine and all the error codes were because of the battery. Foward to today and the cart won’t start I jump it and The engine light is on again and it’s the same error about emissions and alternator. Normally I would not make a big deal out of this but this is my only way of transportation and If I can’t make it to my job I will get fired. I refuse to let for keep putting me around in circles they have screwed up to much and causing me way more than enough stress. I want this taken care of please if not i don’t know what I will do! I’ve spoken to everyone I can think of and they all told me to come here so I am.

      I reached out to our customer on 4/27/22 to find out more information. She explained that she was still dealing with a check engine light being on. I set her up an appointment for us to check out the vehicle at no charge for 5/2/22. She did not show up on 5/2/22. I called her on 5/3/22. She said the light went off so she isn't bringing the car in right now.

      Traded 2019 Ford Fiesta for a Ford Escape, I was told I was approved, took vehicle, month later, insurance cancels cause no lien holder. Ford did not honor first contract and deal and have not responded back. 2019 vehicle was paid off but loan term was extended which is not financed by any bank. They have both vehicles at this point, with all this mess I have lost job hours for inability to provide a insured vehicle to transport clients, I’m a caretaker in Taos , New Mexico and reason for purchasing newer vehicle to accommodate self and others I care for. I am also disabled and on a fixed income where this problem has no resolution with ford and it’s customer service and knowledge.

      I just spoke with Mr. *******. Everything was resolved before I received this complaint.
      He has possession of the new vehicle and the insurance issue has been resolved. This one can be closed out.
