            Since I bought the truck it has been in the shop a total of 6 times 4 of the 6 time has been because of the same transmission issue which was caused by a technician that stripped my bolts as well as not completely doing the full services that was requested to get down which cause another issue with my brake lines out of the 2 years that I’ve owned the tru k I have had it less then half of the time due to being in the shop with them

            Jeep customer care does NOT stand behind their expensive product. In a recent recall I was without a vehicle for over 4 months forcing me to rent transportation causing a bill of over $10,000 and submitted receipts only to be reimbursed 30% of the expense. ***** from service was helpful but had limited resources. What a blow, Jeep , you need to stand behind your expensive product.!!
