Predatory. They talked my 82 year old mother, who has dementia, into purchasing ~ 10k worth of products. Absolutely wrong. They even helped her charge 2 different cards when the limit on her card tried to slow things down. Very upsetting they would urge sales, despite the clear signs of confusion. Shameful. I attempted to receive a refund for unwanted product. I spoke with Guillermo at ###-###-#### and asked about it. He indicated he couldn't do that but could do an exchange. I explained I didn't want an exchange; I didn't want the products at all. He said the policy is no refunds and exchanges within 14 days. In looking at the receipt later (after hanging up with him), the receipt says "No Refund No Exchanges within 14 days".....which, given no period after the word refund, it sounds like I couldn't even request a refund until day 15! I complained that the sales person had quoted a price of $200 and we (my cousin and me) didn't discover it was actually $300 + tax until we got back to our hotel room. At that point, we simply wanted our money back as we had been misled. Guillermo said the most he could do is give a credit of $125 + tax (total of $135.54). That has been done but I am still very unhappy with their tactics!
