I got my windshield repaired with them because the quote they gave me was $299 plus tax compared to other places $500+ they asked the same information if my car (year, make and model). When I got there the clerk and I talked he told me I could’ve kept my windshield it wasn’t in the line of view of the driver - too late my car was already being worked in and I didn’t know - it didn’t seem safe. A couple days later my car indicator that the camera is not working went off and now I can’t use my cruise control. Also the windshield I had had tint the one they put on does not. I called to see if they could check why the indicator is going off. They said come in. I went and a man I’d never talked to before came to see my car but basically to lie to me. Repeatedly. He said they did tell me that they don’t have the tools to fix or recalibrate the camera. THEY DID NOT. He asked me to prove that they didn’t. I asked if he felt good about what they were doing. Getting business (MONEY) even though they know they can’t do the job correctly. He said he wasn’t cheating anyone’s I now have to go see if it can be recalibrated with another glass place. It’ll cost $220 plus tax IF they can… if the glass isn’t faulty. I would like all my money back $323 Or them to pay to get the glass recalibrated. $220 plus tax. My car is messed up now. I would not have gone with them if They had told the truth that they don’t have the popper tools. And I could’ve kept my windshield as it was smh my car is less safe now after the fact.Business response

To whom it may concern,
We verbally warned ********* ******* about the possibility of the windshield needing to be recalibrated after we were finished with it, we do not recalibrate windshields. Maybe that's why we were almost half the price of everyone else? Regardless, to keep our high rating with the Better Business Bureau we will issue a refund on this windshield.
Please see the enclosed check, check#***** for the amount of $313.48

I am rejecting this response because:
They are lying that they warned me.They are continuing to lie.
They don’t have the proper tools to do the job.
They just tried to do a half a** job and get away with it.
