    I took my vehicle in to this shop to have a diagnostic done, I was told the charge was $130.00. When I received the call that my truck was done I was then told my charge would be $405.00, when I picked up my truck the charger was $278.00 when I asked why I was told that they had to do ten different diagnostics and that they were giving me a break. I asked arent businesses supposed to tell their customers about chargers before doing the work? *** the service manager said I told you that we had to do another diagnostic. I said no you did not, the conversation was that you did a diagnostic that I had already knew about and that I asked that you diagnose this issue.

    Made a phone call to their shop and spoke with Lee requesting if they would be able to check my fuel injector. I did not have a light on or any codes showing. However, it takes a bit longer than usual to start and I just wanted to hear their thoughts. I took the vehicle down. Greeted by Lee in a happy tone, asked a few questions and told they would keep my vehicle overnight to see how it started in the morning, she asked me to sign below and that they would keep my vehicle behind the fence. I complied. In NO WAY did she indicate to me that there was any money involved or did she discuss any money, nor did she discuss diagnostics at all. If she had, I more than likely would have complied gladly. It was her extremely sneaky way that she went around the serious "lack of communication" and the complete and blatent condescending behavior that followed that had me in absolute frustration. If you have ever watched 101 Dalmations, Lee is definitely Cruella. At drop off, I saw white hair and at conversation and pick up, I saw black hair. Spots were showing and she is definitely a con artist. When I received the phone call the next day I was told that my vehicle had no codes (which I knew) and my fuel injector was perfectly fine. However, she had a list of what was wrong with it for a total of $1158. And then followed it up with a "I think it's a fair" price! I never asked for a long read and her read consisted of a technical service bulletin and then numerous items that followed. Then she told me that I could have my $120 fee for the technical services parts order waived if they did the work. She never said the minor diagnostic work that they did for the fuel injector was tied to the $120. When questioned, she said, "you didn't expect it for free, did you?" I said "yes, I did". You were only starting it up to see if you thought there was an issue and you never discussed any payment with me. NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

    This customer came in on 4/9/2024 to drop off her vehicle for an extended crank when cold. She requested we test the fuel system and signed the form authorizing the diagnostic and/ or repairs. Our shop charges a diagnostic fee when the customer declines the repairs. This is standard shop procedure especially when a customer requests a service. In closing, I'd like to say that we will still waive the diagnostic fee if she would like the repairs performed.
