On 05/04/2022 I paid the business 355$ for 30k miles service. When I picked up my car the drivers door handle was white(my car is blue). At first I thought maybe its some kind of dust or paint, didnt want to mess with it so I don't scratch it because I was going to take it detailing a couple weeks later somewhere else. When I got home I noticed another scratch on the passengers door handle also. The detail place said those are scratches, I took my car back to the service shop, showed the owner the scratch, he barely looked at it, said he'll call me. The next day he sent pictures of my car taken prior the service saying the scratch was there(he was pointing at another scratch that yes was there, but not the one I was talking about). So I drove back had him look at the car again, took pictures of it and said he'll call later. When he called he was very unprofessional, called me a liar, said he looked at the footage of the technician working on it but didn't see anything wrong. I believe the technician backed in with both doors open and scratched them at the same time. The reason I didn't go back in was because I was rushing to work and like I said I didn't think that was a scratch. he also said he saw footage of me getting in the car not even glancing at the handle, but im 100% sure I stopped and touched it, he said I was lying about me being late to work because I was in the car for 3 minutes. im new to the Carson area and I had to put directions in, thats not a reason for him to say I was lying. im pretty sure and I told him there's probably paint on the poles inside the work area from my doors, he didn't let me look or see any footage. very rude. I told him I will let people know how he runs his business and he said he will comment back that im a liar, making things up. If only we could check the footage im pretty sure we could see the truth. I took the car to several body shops and the estimate was 200-250. He needs to admit of his mistake. thank you
