Consumer complaints also state the business' return policy is unclear. The return policy on the business' Web site does not match the policy explained by sales personnel.
The business responds to some complaints by making partial refunds. In other cases, the business does not offer refunds stating the consumers agreed to its terms and conditions as explained by its sales personnel.

This company made promises to me based off of my dire circumstances and had me sign a contract. The contract states you have 3 days to cancel but the didn't give me the information until one week later. I immediately tried canceling and they then removed my access to the program but refuse to give me back my money.Business response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take your concerns seriously and are committed to addressing them properly.
After reviewing your case it appears you enrolled and were sent the DocuSign paperwork on September 11th, 2023 at 3:30pm. According to time stamps you reviewed all pages via email and applied your electronic signature to all pages in less than 10 minutes by 3:39pm.
All information regarding cancellation of the program is clearly outlined on page 3 section three of the DocuSign, and upon completion you were immediately emailed a copy of this agreement to ****************.
You are correct, contractually you have the right to cancel and rescind your agreement within 3 calendar days of execution provided we receive written notice of cancellation within the allotted time.
In the meantime, I have double checked your access and your login credentials are still active for online resources. Should you require help resetting your password were happy to oblige.
