Hello, I had planned a visit for a massage and soaking tub over the phone. I was charged $110 dollars. I arrived about one hour late. There were no other people there seeking the service, the front desk clerk was going to rebook it, but another fellow came and said, it was not possible. I told them I didn't see this when looking on the website, I have no receipt stating this, further I have no receipt period. The clerk lied to me, and he said that he tried to call to confirm my arrival. I checked my phone and there was no call from the establishment. I asked for the manger, and there was no manager onsite. I heard other guest complaining and thought this is terrible, the establishment I hear is under new ownership, and I thought this it. When I use to come here there were masseuse on staff that is not the case, and they should say so when booking and asking for payment. I would like a full refund for misinforming me and of the process. I am turning this over to the consumer protection bureau also and the attorney general of the state of Washington. The social media sites will likely get some of this report also. Thank you, ***** * *****
