We hired Monster tree company to provide the following: "to stimulate new growth, restore desired form, and/or to remove dead, damaged, diseased or infested parts using a combination of methods (types of pruning) defined below to meet this objective". The workers were instructed on what needed to be done. We came home from work and noticed they only did the bare minimum. They forgot to trim limbs to balance out the tree evenly, dead limbs were not removed on the entire tree, shrubs on side of house were barely pruned (which I paid extra for), limbs were not cut properly (at base of tree) to ensure the tree can heal itself. We contacted the company and the owner answered, he came off very aggressively and threatening. He came over that night after our tree service and came off as cocky/arrogant, he kept blaming his employees and not taking responsibility for service done at our house. He looked at the work performed then left and never heard back from him. The job we hired him for was not cheap, we feel like we got burned with this company. The owner/company does not stand by their work, we are very disappointed in the job they did and I have pictures to show their incompetence. The owner was very rude and tried to intimidate us with fear. It definately was scary
