I purchased Kevin D****'s Done For You e-commerce program. His team did not do anything that was promised so I requested a refund and was denied on September 5, 2022. Kevin D**** explained how his expert team would run the store for us but unfortunately the team was not experts and did not deliver on any of their promises. I'm guessing this was because Kevin was busy working on other projects and was not directly involved in the day-to-day. I've followed Kevin for years and he works with several big-name influencers that I know, so my guess is that the refund request did not make it to his attention otherwise it would not make sense to take my money without providing the service. Hopefully, someone from Kevin's team sees this and reaches out. I paid $25,000 and did not get the promised services. Now they are trying to transfer me to another company that I know nothing about because they could not deliver what they promised me.Initial Complaint

I paid this company $29,000 in April 2021 for a "Done for you" Amazon FBA business. Recorded videos featuring Kevin D****, owner, claimed their business was world class in setting up said business which would result in attaining great results. Their mantra was "under promise and over deliver" while claiming a minimum of 25 percent return on investment would occur within 12-18 months. Unfortunately, that is the furthest from the truth compared to where my FBA "business" results lie. DK Automation displayed gross incompetence and negligence on almost every level of this whole process. They claimed to vet the applicable Chinese manufacturers and inspect the products upon completion of manufacturing yet I've experienced very poor product quality issues and related customer feedback. They infringed on a competitor's trademark and refused to change the product listing when Amazon deactivated the product in question, leaving me to make that change that I'm a complete novice at doing. My Amazon Seller Central account faced deactivation more times due to the product quality issues and again, they had no answers for me other than to discuss with the supplier if I decided I would want to reorder the product. Not exactly done for you nor successful. What little income I may have had was obliterated by their excessive ad spend which they did not disclose in the profitability analysis they provided prior to choosing two "home run" potential products. This company has caused great financial damage and needs to be held accountable for this outcome. They refuse to offer any sort of palatable refund for the excessive fee I paid and the resulting disastrous outcome. One of DK Automation's former high ranking directors is very eager to disclose the unscrupulous and somewhat fraudulent business practices of this company on my behalf to verify how this company operates and to hopefully shut them down so they can't inflict any more damage to other well meaning investors. Please help.Initial Complaint

I had an agreement with DK Automation of which I paid $25,000 USD for them to provide me with 3 products that meet their criteria but which were also not manufactured in China within a 3 month period. Within this time they did not come back to me with any products. When I emailed to follow up and see what was happening they then sent me 3 products that were manufactured in China even though this was one of the criteria we had discussed at length before signing up. I then reminded them them of the initial scope and said that given it had taken this long to get nothing that meet my requirements that we should part company. As for me they had already shown that they did not meet their part of the agreement and the fact that I had to follow them up meant that I was not a priority customer even though I had signed up for their Emerald Elite membership. We were now into 6 months into it when they came back to me with 2 products and which time I explained to them that it was really too late and I did not have the confidence in them to proceed given that they were now asking for another 30,000 USD to buy stock. I have throughout the whole time been the one that constantly chases them multiply times just to get a response to my emails and have asked them for a refund multiply times as they have not meet their initial agreement terms nor have they meet their customer service obligations as I have had to deal with multiple people and send correspondence multiply times to get an answer which has always been we'll get back to you which I then have to follow up to get a response. They are now closing my account with them and keeping the money even though they have provided no refund.Initial Complaint

Signed up for Emerald Done For You Program end of 2020 for $22,000 fee with DK Automation (DKA). Program details attached including product sourcing, done for you launch, & 90 day post launch support of 2 products. Product sourcing began Dec’20 with 2 products recommended with clean trademark review – Product 1 trademark result attached. In Jan’21 after deposit for Product 1, my research identified active patents in conflict. DKA admitted they overlooked the patents. I obtained return of my deposit from manufacturer. Receiving no explanation HOW a patent protected product could’ve been recommended by a proclaimed Amazon sales expert firm. DKA promised a fully vetted replacement. After several months of communications DKA aligned that the product was NOT a solution, due to sourcing & profitability scenario challenges. Product 2 (paid 22k for inventory & shipping), the only product to pass production milestone, still has not launched. Product 2 continued poor customer experience (CX). Product listing reccos with grammatical errors, incomplete details & a poor copy/paste option that included the name of a competitor product. Another red flag was no explanation was given for a post-production inspection short count. Product 2 arrived at an Amazon warehouse Summer 2021. DKA never confirmed product listing was completed or answered my queries seeking status of listing & guidance on product reviews. I have inventory sitting at an Amazon warehouse incurring monthly fees with no launch by DKA. I paid for a Do It For You program that resulted in my being bilked. Service in the program ranged slow/poor/unreturned communication, resulting in ZERO product launch by DKA. After months of trying to get DKA to fulfill the paid program I requested a refund resulting in halted communication from DKA (email attached). I am seeking refund of my full 22k fee from DKA, given their failure to deliver on program services, an extremely poor CX, and resulting sunk costs incurred.
