This is partially my fault, I should have gotten in writing what they verbally told me, but I thought I could trust this company. I was promised that since I couldn't test ride a used motorcycle that I wouldn't have to pay the $920 service charge for the oil change, brake fluid change, and safety check of the vehicle. I didn't go over the paperwork as well as I should have and didn't notice that they included the service charge in the financing paperwork. When I went back later to get this rectified, they said that nobody remembered that promise and that what they had promised was to not increase the cost of the service fee. Again I should have gotten it in writing, but I want anyone else who deals with Battle-Born Harley-Davidson to know that prior to dealing with them, don't believe anything this dishonest company says and to get everything in writing and to go over the paperwork with a fine toothed comb prior to signing anything. If the company were to fulfill their promise and remove the $920 service charge, I would happily remove this complaint.
