1 starI am so disappointed to say that I have had the exact same experience as the multitude of reviews on this platform. My family spent $500 on a device that I essentially cannot use now for the issues that have been captured in the many reviews here. I requested multiple times to have a live conversation with a technical support person to figure it out, and each time my request was ignored, and more email information was given that did not rectify the problem. I will be investigating additional avenues to be either reimbursed or for this company to have consequences. Suffice it to say, I will never ever purchase another Joovv product, and I will never ever recommend Joovv to my own patients. Shame on Joovv for such disrespect to their customers who trusted them.Review fromKelly M

1 starThis product is terrible. FIRST, do not buy the door mount because there is no way to put it together mounted to a door. Second get ready to spend hours assembling it and pairing it. Also, there is no phone number to call for help. You have to email. Unfortunately, you have one question that leads to more but you dont know that until they answer the first email. 1 starThe irony that JOOOVV is a seller of medical-grade devices designed to support health and wellness. My experience has left me with serious concerns about the companys business practices and integrity, particularly regarding their refund and return policy. I purchased a device for approximately $600. However, after careful consideration, I concluded that the device did not justify the hefty price tag. I decided to return it, taking all necessary steps to ensure a safe return. I meticulously packaged the device, purchased ************** and confirmed that it was sent back in its original ************ my surprise, JOOOV refused my return, claiming the device was not in great condition due to an alleged small, superficial scratch. I was left with two unfavorable options: either pay additional fees to have the device returned to me, or forfeit the entire $600 with no refund whatsoever. Additionally, I received no compensation for the add-ons I purchased with the device.I find it troubling that such a minimal issue (that quite frankly I think is a scam tactic) was used to justify a complete denial of my refund. This experience raises concerns about the companys integrity, as it feels like an attempt to retain funds unjustly. The lack of any compromise or consideration for the consumers investmentespecially in a health-related purchaseseems unprofessional and contrary to the companys mission of supporting customer well-being.I hope this message serves as a caution to future customers, and I sincerely hope the ******************** can investigate this matter. Hi! I love the product but their customer support is really disappointing. This device was $500+ and I use it for medical reasons I had to return a warranty issue. They sent it back on 7/16 and its now been lost ever since. Every time I contact support I get the same response, its in transit. Yet its been two weeks and no ETA on when it may arrive. Worse customer service Ive encountered in a very long time, especially for such an expensive device. Its impossible to speak to an actual person, you can only email and hope for the best. They dont seem to care, at this point I want my money back. I do not recommend this company.Joovv, Inc.

I purchased 2 Solo 2.0 units. They were hooked in tandem. In December the control panel lights went out. So I started using the second unit by itself. Then that control panel gave out as well.I disassembled the top and bottom plates and saw the access to the control switch panel is easy to access. That switch with the timer and red and IR displays has 5 screws that I can replace myself. For me it's a simple fix that I can do. I worked on computers and knew it was an easy fix. I contacted ****** by email as you can't contact the company by phone (impersonal and unhelpful in their case.)I asked to allow me to buy that module? I have no box to mail the large unit back and I hear it can be $70 one way to ship and given the service cost and shipping costs, I could be into $250 - $300 when it's a simple part to replace.Their smug response of denial is for liability reasons. I quote them, "Joovv does not recommend anyone other than a certified Joovv technician perform repairs on Joovv equipment, as Joovv equipment is not user serviceable." Buyer beware!So I told them I lose and you lose. Is that what your company wants? Do you think I will ever buy a Joovv product again? Do you think I will recommend Joovv to anyone?Their product reviews are indicative of a company that appears to not care about customer satisfaction. This would be so easy to resolve by going to your parts/service manager and say you have a customer that wants to change out the Control module and can you give me a price to tell him.When they were still in **, I went to their location in ************ and one guy was there that afternoon. So I have 2 expensive panels here that I can't use when it's a simple part I need. I understand that there is a law in CA now and maybe other states have passed where companies like Joovv are going to be required to provide parts and replacement instructions. If only I had seen these reviews before purchasing.Joovv, Inc.

Do not purchase the Joovv Go 2.0 device. Here are several issues I had with the device that ultimately led me to return it: 1st, the Bluetooth connection is unreliable. Every time the device is turned on after having been off, it has to reconnect to Bluetooth on your device and its ability to connect to Bluetooth is unreliable and faulty. On average, it took 10 min to troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection before getting it to work. 2nd, the light therapy only lasts 10 minutes and there is no way to increase the duration of treatment. Then, once a session is completed, you have a mandatory 10 min cooldown period before you can use it again. This means that, accounting for the Bluetooth connection issues, a session with this device lasted 30 min and only allowed for 10 min of actual therapeutic time. 3rd, the device is square and rigid which is poorly designed to treat 3D structures of the body. In other words, you cannot wrap the device around a body part to ensure full coverage by the device and it would often take more than one session to cover a 3D structure at multiple angles in order to ensure adequate treatment. This, in combination with the inefficiencies of the device, makes it inconvenient to use. Also, the ability to deliver adequate joules of energy to an affected area to stimulate the intended healing pathways at the cellular level directly depends on how close you can get to get to the bodys structure. I returned my Joovv Go 2.0 device within the 30 day time period. Joovv customer support rejected my return because there is evidence of damage to my device. They sent pictures of scratches on the device that were honestly not visible to my eye when I carefully packaged my device for the return. I believe these marks to be a sign of gentle use of the device, which should qualify under their like-new qualification. I purchased this device in good faith that they were committed to the satisfaction of their customer but I was clearly wrong.Joovv, Inc.

We received the customers return, unfortunately, we were unable to accept the device due to it not being in like new condition, as is required in our return policy. "All kits and configurations must be returned in full with original packaging for all devices and components. Must be in like-new condition. Returns without all the original packaging and components will be subject to refusal and returned to the sender."As stated by the customer, our team inspected the return and documented the damage with photos. These photos we're provided to the customer, along with an explanation of why the return was not accepted and a link to our return policy, which was made available before, during, and after the order was placed. The worst customer service! Will they respond promptly? Yes. Will their response be helpful? No. I purchased a solo unit (over ******* dollars) and asked that they provide me with a measurement so I can hang my device without spending and additional ****** dollars. They would not provide me with the specific measurements of their floor mounting system or any other help to find a solution. Red light is great, but absolutely find another company!Joovv, Inc.

Well i wish I had looked up this company before I purchased from them . My order was lost by ***** (delivered to the wrong address)and ***** needs Joove to make a claim For a lost package but they refuse to look into it .
