      I bought a vehicle from this business on December 4th 2023 and when I bought the vehicle I was told everything on the vehicle was in working order and that it had no mechanical issues. 2 days later a check engine light came on for a glow plug that had gone bad so I took it in and they replaced the part with a used part and gave it back to me. I called him about 4 days later and told him that there was a weird noise in the engine bay and that I was concerned about injectors because the oil level was rising. He look at the truck and said everything was fine with it. For my peace of mind I took it to *********************** GNC to have a second opinion on it. They had it for about a week and came back that the truck had a bad head gasket and informed me it was about a $10,000 job. I texted the owner of the dealership trying to come to a resolution and he told me that he would not be able to help me and that I was just making up things without any proof. I have contacted a lemon law lawyer.

      Customer mentioned in this complaint that they contacted a lawyer , he also came into our office with his spouse on the date of 12/29/23 and mentioned few times that the contacted a lawyer in this matter .

      Based of our lawyers advice our company policy is that when a customer  states  that they contacted a lawyer we can no longer discuss this matter with them and we would like to be addressed through the court system for further resolution.

      Once that court decision comes we will gladly comply by it and add it to this complaint.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Me and my wife did go into their office to speak to them about a resolution to our issue. From the gate the manager said that we were lying and that we were just looking for a way to get out of the truck. I showed him the proof that he wanted from the Chevrolet dealership and he told me that because it said possible blown head gasket he would not do anything even after I told him that the tech that worked on the truck said it was most likely a head gasket issue. He and his co worker began raising there voices at me and my wife to the point that we couldnt talk to them and then retaliated against us saying that because we had contacted the better business bureau that he would not speak with me any longer and that we would have to speak in court. All Im looking for is a peaceful resolution. Either a refund and return the truck or fix the issue with it

      Carson Servicenter does not agree with customers version of facts , this further validating that a resolution would not come without litigation that we welcome through the court system
