I am rejecting this response because: That was bad business from start to finish! ****** didn't care if I got my full Refund or not, its not his money or time, as he wasted our time and money! He is not he only Sales person in the *********, as a matter of fact there was another salesman there in the office right next to his, he was helping another lady buy a car! I understand ***** choose the down, but ****** knew exactly how much we had to put down, and the car we were interested in. So why would he waste our time in submitting an application for a car we couldn't get in to and then tell us to get Full coverage Insurance. ******, could have easily taken care of what needed to be sent to the Insurance lady, or even get in touch with the correct person that could take care of it! He chose not to.... Not Professional, ********************* Very Misleading, Not Honest!

On April 12th I paid the down payment to purchase a 2010 ***** 3. On April 13th when I came to pick up the car I was told it needed a transmission modulator. They said 2- 9 days. The sole reason for purchasing the car is work. I am a doordash *******. I can't work without a vehicle.I waited a week to call them. They didn't call me back. I spent a month trying to get them to call me back. The amount of lost income and back bills has cost me more than the car is worth. I was finally told on May 30th that my car was ready. After picking up my car I was only able to work in it for three days before the transmission modulator went out. I called them yesterday on June 3rd and once again they didn't call me back.

I bought my car from Eagle Valley Motors, March 3rd, 2023 as I was driving to work it started over heating. So, I called my best friend who is a certified ASE mechanic and told them what was happening with the vehicle. They told me that it sounds like my "head gaskets are bad". They also told me to immediately take it back to the dealership and tell them they need to fix it. I took it back and talked to the manager (he knows who he is) on March 6th, 2023 3 days after owning this vehicle. The manager proceeded to tell me and my best friend that it is "just the radiator hoses, they need to be replaced... thats whats causing the over heating, so we will send it to the shop and have them look at it and repair it." Two days later the shop calls me and tells me it is not my radiator hoses but indeed my head gaskets... hmmmm so my car remains in the shop for 60 DAYS! I kept getting the run around about when my car was going to finally be repaired. Of course, I was driving a loaner vehicle and that loaner also blew a head gasket, so I was stranded on the side of the *** 580 on my way to work when I had to call and tell Eagle Valley that their car is overheating and spraying everywhere... they proceeded to tell me to "let it cool, and then drive it to their other location and grab a different loaner." So, I did. And then I called more times to get information on the car I purchased and it was still a ring around. No one had answers, they were ordering miscellaneous parts without explaining why it needed it. Then I finally got ahold of someone who had their head attached and after 60 days finally got my car back....Unfortunately, my car is still not running correctly, I just had to put coolant in it after they said they fixed the issue. Well obviously not. I have also asked numerous times to fix the issues, recieve my service records and have it fixed under my warranty that they keep saying is expired. How? When they had my car for 60 out of the 90 days and didnt fix it?!

I am rejecting this response because: Your company has no Ethics you take advantage of  people by purposely selling UNSAFE VEHICLES!  This vehicle is not safe to be on the road.  You  have no morals or values as a business and would rather make a dollar off someone then make sure they are safe.

      Complaint: 21299647

I am rejecting this response because:The customer had to do a voluntarily repo because your company Eagle Valley Motors refused to fix the very unsafe vehicle you sold to me.  You expect me to keep driving a vehicle you refused to fix and went against your word. So do you think it is right to sell something that is severely damaged to a customer and just expect them to be okay with that? your company should be ashamed of your selves to take such advantage of people who come to you because they need help getting a car.  I have never experienced this type BEHAVIOR from a business before.  Again as I stated LAST TIME you have no Integrity, morals or values as a company just makes me wonder how you all conduct yourselves out side of business hours! Still going to request that refund!

We got a car from eagle Valley Motors and as soon as we got it home the tire went flat and it started overheating. We called the car lot and they said they would come pick it up and fix it. 2 weeks went by and they kept giving us the run around. We finally had to drive the car overheating and lights flashing back to the car lot. Now they are saying it's going to take a month to fix it. Also the contract didn't go through because I don't have a driver's license. And they refuse to give back the 2000 they already took.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: they sold us a car with a cracked windshield broken heater and can't drive over 55 without it shaking. Don't do business with this place they prey on people who have bad credit and sell them cars that are a piece of crap. You shouldn't have to put money into a car you barely purchased

My wife and I bought a car on August 30, 2023. Before purchasing the car, these gentlemen (at Eagle Valley motors, car salesmans name is **** and managers name is *****) tried to overcharge us for the vehicle by over $200 of the price that we shook hands on, as well as not at all including the price of the $200 put down as a pre-purchase for the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle, my wife and I immediately started to have issues with the vehicle. The vehicle started to stutter when it was turned on, and the check engine light inevitably came on. We contacted the car shop, only for the shop to let us know that the dealership was the one making appointments for the car shop because their managing staff had quit at the moment. They got us in there to only fix the check engine light, before being told by the owner of eagle valley, ****, to stop working on the vehicle, and not to do the final inspection (which was paid for during the purchase of the vehicle). Within a week of my wife and I getting the car, the check engine light turned back on, and the car had shut down completely. I tried to contact Eagle Valley motors numerous times through their automated system, as well as visiting them in person with my car dealer ****. Every time I went in there, they wrote down a note, claiming that they would get back to me, only for me to get no calls back on my car, and for my car to still be broken. I have now finally got the car into the shop within six days of the warranty being up, and they are telling me now that a mechanical manager needs to see it on Monday to clear what is wrong with the car. I have called, I texted, and done everything in my power, but these gentlemen appear to be giving the runaround and I am worried that they will just fix my car within getting a check engine, light ready and then it will crash after the car is out of warranty on November 30.

On July 28 my fiancé accidentally provided my card information when attempting to put a hold on a vehicle at this location, after doing so he decided he no longer wanted the vehicle and informed the place that he would not be moving forward and they refused to return my money despite me never authorizing them to run my card in the first place. I reached out to the person who ran my card and asked that the money be returned as it was run on a card that my fiancé is not an authorized user and the location is refusing to refund my money, even when confronted with the illegality of what they did by running the card without my permission. They also multiple times changed the terms of what they wanted him to agree to in order to get more money.

Purchased a vehicle on 4-4-23. Was promised several fixes would be completed, AC did not work, alignment was off and there was a burning oil smell. Salesman promised to get it all fixed. The shop they use would never return calls to schedule the services. Within 90 days the vehicle broke down and had to be towed home. ******** stated that the coverage has elapsed and the repairs would not be their problem.

Looking at this transaction, there is no warranty on the vehicle and the due bill states No work promised or implied. I suggest this customer call the salesperson again.

First when entered lot only my brother was addressed when I am the buyer. Only was I spoken to when it became clear I am the buyer. Second brought up concerns of the car such as the trembling when starting and idle. The car has a check engine light I was told was for a sensor then turned out it wasnt. I also brought up that the temperature gauge went up when on highway during test drive. I was promised these issues would be addressed but nothing happened. There was no communication of the status of my car until I made contact. I was told by **** the car would be taken to the shop on Monday 4/10/23 but come Tuesday 4/11/23 when I finally speak to an actual person they admit they forgot. I need this car to get to work and their carelessness could cost me my job. I later get a text from **** that it is going through Final inspection Come Wednesday 4/12/23 I am told it is ready for pick up. When I come in I am told the check engine light issue was not resolved because it wasnt what they said was the issue and they have to wait for the part. I was assured the car is ok to drive. Not 30 minutes off the lot the engine over heats and I had to pull over on the highway. I open the front and open the cap on the coolant and it hisses and steam comes out. The container is empty. If it was inspected how was this missed! Nothing was done as promised and they potentially put my life and other drivers lives in danger with that.

I have seen a ton of unhappy customer's complaining about ********************** for quite some time now and I have to agree with a lot of them. Understandably people are going to be upset when they buy a car from a dealership who does nothing but talk out of their butts. (To be *****). This company has been through many mechanics in the past couple of years who do not know how to work on a car properly. I know this because my best friend is a certified mechanic and has told me that I need to be careful with what I buy and when I say my best friend knows things, they know. I bought my 14 Avenger from them just recently actually. It was March 1st, I went and talked with Eagle Valley about purchasing a vehicle from them. I picked up my Avenger, the 2nd at night and only had it the weekend when I noticed something was wrong with the car. I called my friend who is the mechanic and explained what it was doing while running on Monday morning while trying to drive to work. They immediately told me I needed to take it back to Eagle Valley and have it looked at. ***** the Manager of HWY 50's Eagle Valley said it was just a "cracked radiator hose". So, I called my friend who is a mechanic who said "****, not with the issues you are saying it is having, overheating, bubbling noises and steam coming from the engine". The first thing my friend said to me was that it is the head gaskets, and if not that (which is rare) then it is your water pump malfunctioning, but I doubt it. Eagle Valley called me back and told me it was my head gaskets, and it would take a couple of days to get it fixed. It is now March 29th, and I hadn't heard anything from Eagle until I called them to see what was going on with my car. They said they are supposed to be getting a part Friday and then they'll fix it and return it to me eventually. If you are going to be a "proud" business and want to "help" your community, Eagle Valley needs to do better! BBB Eagle Valley needs to be held accountable!
