Dates of service 11/27/2023 and 12/11/2023. A little back story, I've had issues with the billing department submitting claims to insurance. Long story short I had to pursue multiple previous dates of service for my husband, ***** *********, from 2022 and 2023. After figuring out the insurances over nearly a year and a half, and just paying out of pocket, I ended up with a credit around $1250 with my dentist. Fast forward to November and December. The credit was used instead of billing my insurances. I pursued my medical, then dental insurance, get the dates of service covered, provide EOBs to the dentist, and now am getting the run around when I call to try and get this all settled up. I own a current bill, but was waiting, thinking that once they updated everything, I'd likely have a credit again. They stated I had to pay what the insurance paid me directly before they could update the EOBs in there books, that that is how it's legally done. I was upset but said fine, I'd call after work and pay more to get the books updated. Later, the hung up on me for questioning them since they gave me 2 other conflicting options that contradicted the previous conversations. I waited an hour, emailed all the EOBs again, and attempts to call to at least pay the recent bill so I wouldn't get anymore service fees. 1 hrs and 15 min before closing and now one is answering the phone. I continued to try but later calls, still before closing at 3pm, started going straight to voicemail.
