      I have been on a waiting list for Weststates properties for 6 plus months. I have paid 25.00 twice for a back ground:credit check inquiry. 7/1/23 I was contacted to complete the move in process not completed as of today 9/20/23 after all documentation requested received

      Please note that Jim G****** no longer owns this property or Weststates Property Management. Ms. ******** has applied to several of our properties, many of which have very long waiting lists. She has come up on the list for 2 properties, one which charges an application fee of $25, and another that does not. In both cases Ms. ******** refuses to cooperate with our methods of income and asset verification and attempts to send her own methods to include screen shots from her phone or alternative means that do not meet our standards, not the standards of the state and/or federal government agencies that fund these types of programs. She calls daily and is rude and disrespectful to our staff members and hangs up on them in the middle of conversations if she does not like what we are telling her. We have warned her previously of her behavior and that if this continues it will constitute grounds for denial of her rental application. Weststates is a professional organization who specializes in low-income housing and is well known in the state of Nevada where we are based. It is not unreasonable to except a minimal level of polite and courteous behavior from our applicants throughout the process of helping them get into housing. Please let us know if you need any further information.

      I am rejecting this response because: they are prolonging my rental application for over 90 days and I sent the documentation repeatedly to bbb and other agencies without completion on my application process.
