05/12/2023, I was given a quote good for 30 days on a set of 4 BF Goodrich tires for our 2021 Toyota Highlander (the business would not return the written quote, but it was for $1,000 and change.) I went back to order the tires on 05/18/2023 to order the tires and was told they had been discontinued for some time (new guy error.) An individual who turns out to be the owner/operator gave me a new quote for the replacement tires, but they were a little over $100 more. When I tried to pay for those, he told me they were discontinued (yes I should have just left but I had been doing business with various Big O locations for 40 years.) He gave me ANOTHER quote for the BF Goodrich's and of course the set was now a little over $300 more than the first quote. Tyrel H***** the owner/operator apologized saying he felt like he had 'bait and switched me'; his words not mine, but it is exactly what he did as it turned out. I wanted new tires for a 10 day road trip we were taking in first week of June so I agreed. After multiple problems getting and installing the tires, the vehicle had a serious shimmy and could not be safely driven above 45mph. We purchased the $34.00 per tire warranty and an alignment. I brought the vehicle back to have the shimmy repaired (at this point an extended warranty really should not be necessary,) I left the vehicle at 7:15 am, they open at 7. When I returned 2 hours later they had not even started the work, could not find the keys, and could not give me an estimate of when they would begin. I went to Tyrel H***** and reminded him of my patience with all the other problems and could they please do something. He told me if I wanted warranty work I had to bring the vehicle at 6:45 and they might get to it on any given day. I told him that was not very good service and tried to leave, he grabbed my arm and started saying he was trying to help. Just leave the vehicle on any day and they might get to it. I believe this effectively negates the warranty!Initial Complaint

7/28/2022 Paid $356.93 get and install a right front wheel hub part failed, went to business 3 times with problem, they stated that it is other parts, wanted more money for additional repairs. Forced to go to another business, evaluate installed part (which was defective), additional cost on new part, also installation cost of new part. (wheel hub) I am seeking a full refund for the installation of the failed part and the full refund of cost of the wheel hub. ( Not asking for the additional costs of dealing with the installation of the new part) Price of hub paid - 84.95 Price of labor paid - 130.00 The business has refused to refund any charges except (around) $50.00 for the cost of the part. (the discrepancy on the part price must be the markup on the part to the consumer; quite high) Went to business to talk to the owner who stated to come back later after they return the part to the store. Returned after several days (1 week), Owner stated that they haven't received any info yet and to come back next week again. Haven't had any contact with the business since.
