      Honorable appliance repair sent a technician to service my clothes dryer. The technician had started the repair and needed to access the back of the dryer. The dryer was partially pulled out and he used his hands to lift himself up and put his knee on the top of the washing machine pushing down while jumping over to the back of the washing machine and dented the top panel of my ******* premier collection clothes dryer which was an excellent condition other than the repair it needed, and it is part of a matching set with the washing machine. I reported the incident to the office after informing the service repair gentleman that I need to report the incident he just Shrugged his shoulders. When I called the office to report the incident the woman office manager spoke very rudely to me and told me that he does everything with great care and she does not believe he would have done that I sent her a photo, immediately at the time of the incident.

      In response to this report, I received a call from the customer after the technician reported to me that there was damage done to the dryer. I asked her to give me a few moments so that I may speak with my technician and find out what had occurred. Within 2 mins I received another call from her and I explained, again, that I was trying to get all the information so that I could see what could be done. At this time she became very irate, screamed at me and hung up. I immediately called her back with the same result. I had my technician take pictures of the damage and report on the completion of the repair. The dryer was repaired and worked as it should with the new part that had been installed. The customer then refused to sign for the ********************** and called me on the phone again to tell me she would not pay for the repair until the top of her dryer was replaced. This top could have been smoothed out but she refused us any opportunity to try to repair it.  I asked my technician to leave and at this time the customer decided to sign and acknowledge that the repair had been completed. There is no dispute that damage occurred and we have tried to settle this with the customer by replacing the top but she has refused to pay for the original service repair and has been asked to with no result.
