As a former customer of this company the owner ******************* wrote to her colleague "Deal with this ***hole" when I disagreed with the pricing of an art piece that I attempted to put up for sale with this company As a seasoned collector and former spouse of a gallery owner I am intricately aware of value and just because of a disagree in pricing for the owner of a business to make such a reprehensible comment is unforgivable As a result I terminated all my business with this company I have now attempted on multiple occasions to have my email ***************** removed from all their daily solicitations I have written to them on 3 occasions and despite my attempts they continue to send me daily emails I want nothing to do with this company and demand that they immediately cease all communication and solicitation with meBusiness response

We recently updated our database and daily mailer and there was a
transition glitch. We have removed him from our mailing list. Very sorry

I did respond immediately to this and wrote a lenghthy response to it
Please forward the entire complaint and responses so I can respond again
Moreover I filed a very long review about 10 days ago and you have yet to publish it
Shame on the BBB for trying to cover this situation up

First please do not print my email address in my complaint for others to see as you have done
I did immediately respond to the previous response from ******************* regarding her disgusting comments stating "Deal with this As_hole" just because I disagreed with her on the pricing of my piece. As I had previously stated I had previously been offered more than double what she suggested I list this piece for and several listing by the same artist were listed for far higher prices then she suggested that were signed by inferior athletes.
When I asked told Art Brokerage I would not list the piece after getting their disgusting and reprehensible message,I also instructed them to immediately take down my other listing and stop sending me daily solicitationsof their artwork. Not only did I never receive an apology until I finally suggested they made libelous comments, but after 3 attempts to write ******************* my solicitations continued unabated on a daily basis despite being assured by her they would stop immediately Finally after 4 attempts and numerous hassles and complaints they did indeed stop. Many others have complained about the same problem with this company

First you write to me and say I failed to respond and you are closing my complaint Then when I respond and say I did respond but you never posted my response and go to the trouble of writing a detailed response you fail to now post my detailed response and again say the case is closed I find your callousness and your lack of help to be both demeaning and irresponsible This business has not denied their atrocious behavior which I have in writing and moreover they only continue to make excuses for it. Yet you as the BBB REFUSE to post my last and final comments which should certainly be posted as you failed to post my original response and when I was informed by you that you did not receive a response I immediately let you know that was not true and forwarded a detailed response which you have now failed to post.I find that to be willful and shameful
