On December 06, 2021, I won an online auction bid for a 2005 ********************* motorhome. The bid price was $42,080.00. As well, the motorhome was shown to be in *****, Oregon and I paid $1774.00 freight This equated to a total payment of $43854.00. I wire transferred this money to a *************** account in Henderson, Nevada on the 6th. I got an email stating RV was picked up and out for delivery on Dec. 13. I also received an email stating delivery would be Dec. 21 @ 4:00 P.M. The delivery never happened, now the vendor does not respond to emails or phone calls.Initial Complaint

*I purchased a 1969 ****************************** Dec 7th, 2021 *Auction purchase price - $18,666 *Delivery of vehicle was stated to be delivered Dec 13th and then updated to Dec 21st. No delivery instructions were provided and website states all US deliveries will be complete within 14 days after verification of payment. *My dispute is I paid for a vehicle and haven't received it based upon stated website commitment *No communication from the business after I've left multiple voicemails and emails asking for delivery updates and/or a refund *Invoice# *****Initial Complaint

12/07/2021 I bid on a boat on their website. After winning the auction, they presented an invoice that needed to be paid within 48 hours by wire transfer. I asked for a serial number for engines and a hull ID number for the boat I bought. They responded the following day with a hull id number that was for a boat up in Destin, Fl and not the one I purchased in the auction. I never sent their money based on the fraudulent info they sent me. They need to be closed down if this is their practice with others. I want the boat if this is a legitimate auction for the boat I bid on and won.Initial Complaint

The company is a fake company, we "bid" on a motorhome and supplied front and back of my Driver license, a photo of myself and the last 4 digits of my social security to supposedly set up an account with them so they knew we where legit. We won the bid that I noticed never changed. Then I call them multiple times and no answer, then I receive emails and texts from the number with an invoice showing I owe a certain amount of money and where I need to wire it to, I then text it back saying I need someone to call me and they require everything upfront including a shipping fee before even letting us look at the motorhome etc. which I was fine with as long as we could use an escrow my bank new was legit and once again, they will only use an escrow or their choice. No safety for the consumer. Then when I tell them we will only use an escrow of my choice or pay in full once we have seen the motorhome, then my account gets deleted and they won't answer anything.
