Do you want to spend a premium labor rate for your fully detailed classic car for it to be treated like a beater corolla? Left outdoors 24/7 after being promised multiple times it wouldn't be. Do you want a shop to charge you for work not performed at all? Do you want lied to your face and Excuses galore Do you want to have to repossess your car because after a solid month basically nothing has been done? Then Imperial is the shop for you. I wouldn't let them work on my Huffy at this point. After nearly a month I had to pay a $2400 ransom to get my car back in worse condition than I dropped it off and literally broke down on the way home. My main complaint was on longer drives it would lose power and die. They had it a month and guess how much they drove it. LESS THAN 4 MILES!! tell them it dies on long trips and they figure 4 miles over a month was sufficient? It took 12.6 for it to die on the way home. I also stated the belts squeal and I wanted them replaced. They might not have needed replaced but i wanted them replaced. I paid for them to be replaced. Shocker, not only were they not replaced but the tensioner was loose. It was loose when it went in causing the squeal and still loose when it came out because they never even looked at it. they marked me as a sucker and took advantage. STAY AWAY FROM IMPERIAL AUTO!
