      Ordered a shark 18 Dec.Declined any other purchases. Was told I had to take the free discount coupons they forced on me, but told me I could cancel before trial period was over. Was supposed to get a packet in the mail, never did. Had to call shark to get their number. I called them on 3 Jan in my trial period and have an email stating so and that I cancelled. My credit card was charged anyway.

      They charged my credit card and I had no knowledge of the charge, I came across it while checking my CC statement.  I notified you all.  Then first thing the next morning I called them and laid into them so they knew exactly how ****** I was.  They canceled the subscription and in two days, I was refunded.  These companies are grifters and a bunch of sneaky liars.  Shark's infomercial is equally responsible.  They collaborate with these companies with their marketers whike you're purchasing their product..  Then they sign you up for things you refused or decline!  Then you get a mysterious bill.  It's absolute BS!

      I recently did on an online purchase with SharkNinja for a robotic vacuum. As a "thank you" for the purchase, they were sending a Discount Shoppers Savings Club membership package where I could recieve a gift card and discounts. They said when I recieved the packet in the mail, if I did not think it would be beneficial, all I had to do was call ************ and cancel. If I liked it, I would have to do nothing and I would be billed monthly for *****. It was not as discribed and did not offer anything of value to me so I attempted to call the number. It hangs up after one ring. I went to the website to cancel as described in the packet "www.discountshoppersavingsclub.com" and selected cancellation center. After repeatedly entering my member ID ******* name and phone number the search failed with the message "There was an error validating the creditials you supplied" They also included the four digits from my credit card I used to purchase the Shark Robot and stated I would be charged when I enrolled. I did not enroll in any thing.

      There phones were active this morning and I was able to resolve the issue.  The person I dealt with was courtious and professional.  Membership was cancelled and charges were refunded to my credit card.    I consider this matter resolved.

      I received this information for membership which I didn't request or agreed to. I do not want this service, I've tried to communicate with customer service but cannot get any answer on this number my concern is they have credit card information. I will contact card on next business day to inform them of fraudulent charge Thank you for your assistance

It shows there was an order placed with our Sales Department on May 31, 2022. Upon receiving this complaint, we have cancelled Mr. ******* 's membership. No refunds were given due to no charges were made on his credit card. Further, we have placed Mr. *******'s contact number on our company's 'Do Not Serve' list to prevent any future contact.       I received a letter from Discount Shopper Savings Club advising I had signed up to be a member. Membership ID: ******* and I will be billed $24.95 per month to my credit card which I authorized when I enrolled. I did not authorize nor did I sign up for this. This is fraudulent. I tried to call them to advise to cancel this transaction, they were closed. I tried to cancel online and the link continues to read "Are you sure you want to cancel?" I'm cancelled the credit card number they processed. I appreciate your assistance in investigating this situation and take the appropriate action to close down this business for fraudulent business and preying on Seniors.

We sincerely regret any issues he may have encountered with Discount Savings Club. We have researched our records and we have located a membership for Mr. ******. It shows there was an order placed with our Sales Department on Feb 22, 2022. We found that on April 20, 2022, our billing dept received notice from the bank to refund the 2 transactions in the amount of $24.95 each. At this time his membership was cancelled, and he was given a refund of $49.90. It also shows that Mr. ****** logged into the membership on May 5, 2022 and there is where he will see that his membership was cancelled. Further, we have placed Mr. ******'s contact number on our company's 'Do Not Serve' list to prevent any future contact. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint.
