Ordered approx $80 worth of product from Moonwlkr. Got an email confirmation of order and product shipped. All good. Then got a confirmation of delivery. No product. Checked tracking and states product was delivered to their address in ********* **. Not Va. tried to contact via Instagram, Tiktok, couldnt get password created and no way to contact. After ****** search, it appears theyre not the only company at that address.Business response

The order was delivered on July 11th to the customer. The customer claims it was delivered back to the business in ****** on July 6th, but **** was still accepting the package and there was a delay with ****. I've placed many orders with MoonWlkr, but after the first one, they stopped sending me shipping and tracking information. It wasn't a problem until I got a package stolen not too long ago because I had no idea when to expect delivery since I wasn't given any updates after placing the order. I also had to tell them to update my past orders because they hadn't bothered doing that. Then just last week, I placed another order but changed the shipping address to avoid it getting stolen. Some reason, MoonWlkr ignored the new address despite the invoice having it, and they sent my order to the previous address, with no shipping or tracking notifications, which led to that order being stolen as well. I only knew both stolen orders had been delivered because I contacted their support team. After looking at their ******* and ******** pages, it seems this is a common problem for them, and they should fix their website and business. It is unacceptable for an online company to not give customers shipping/tracking updates while also sending orders to the wrong address.I use edibles to help me sleep since I have ADHD and depression, so now I have to find another company who actually knows how to run a business just so I can get a good enough night's sleep.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Moonwlkr on December 11th, 2022, I spent approximately $14.82. After a couple of days, I noticed my order wasn't shipped, so I checked my bank account to confirm the charge went through and in fact it did. despite my concern, I decided to give it a couple more days before reaching out to moonwlkr. on December 16th, I reached out to Moonwlkr asking for the *** but I heard nothing back from them. after giving it another 48 hrs I decided to leave another email, and despite my efforts, I have yet to hear back from moonwlkr. On Sept 27, 22 I ordered 261. 50 worth of product. I never recieved an email confirmation, shipping notification or even a website confirmation of the order. However, I was charged and that charge went from pending to accepted. I have called them twice and left two voicemails, I have also sent emails and included the bank charge of the order to be ignored. At this point I can only assume they have stolen almost $300.Initial Complaint

Placed order. USPS is saying it was forwarded due to an incorrect address label. I cannot file a claim with the USPS because I do not have the necessary information and cannot get the information from ******** because there is no telephone number listed for them ANYWHERE and they do not respond to Email. Not sure how you can run a business without a telephone.Business response

I ordered a sample pack as a promotion they were doing. At the checkout I put the wrong address and not even 2 minutes later contacted them providing the correct address and was told that it wasn't a problem and it would be corrected. After waiting for shipment it arrived at the wrong address. I contacted as soon as I found out and they have yet to help o me other than to say they changed the address and it shouldn't be a problem. I just want the product I ordered in the first place. I was excited when I found this sight and it has been a hassle so far
