  I rent my house at ********************. The light in the garage has some type of shortage. I wrote Dana which is the property manager. She found this electrician company "Bright lights electric". We made an appointment and the last minute her electricians cancelled which was okay because I understand stuff comes up. Another day they were calling me asking if they could come by randomly but I was not available. We talked again and we rescheduled to the Thursday May 5th. On the night of may 4th my son had fell sick somehow and was vomiting all night and morning . I fell asleep around 7am finally and they allegedly were at the door by 9. I never heard a knock or a doorbell ring. I called today may 6th to reschedule because Dana told me they will be charging me $125 fee for showing up allegedly. When I called to reschedule the lady told me take it up with Dana that gas was not cheap for her electricians that she has kids to and does not care if my son was sick . She yelled at me and told me she hopes my son gets sick again and dies. I do not want this woman around my families home and I do not think that $125 is reasonable for a appointment rescheduled by her electricians in the first place.

If she got a bill for wasting our time from her manager then she needs to take it up with them. She called our office and threatened the life of our office staff that was over heard by an electrician that was in the office and we have filed a report with the Henderson Police Dept. Duey the "ceo" texted me days after the mentally unstable manager and I had spoke still trying to set up a another appointment. I did not respond. So I'm a tad confused how if there was someone on the other end allegedly that overheard our conversation, claiming i threatened, why would there be another attempt to schedule? Yea exactly there wouldn't have been... When they were notified I filed a complaint they responded this way. There's no need to go any further with this company. I want to be done with this company.
