      Highly recommend Ideal Services! We had a wonderful experience. From the start of our 1st phone call, we had great support from everyone there. Very Thankful for Luke for taking care of us during a difficult time with the issue we had going and setting us up. All the technicians- Osvaldo Eddy and Luke did an incredible job! Very hard workers and they all ensure the job gets done right. Communicated with me daily during job at my home. Thank you to the entire Team at Ideal Services! Dan and Deanne were also amazing with us too! Very blessed we found you guys.

      I had a new a/c unit installed by this company. So far the technicians who installed the unit did good. My main complaint is their office/customer reps. My entire experience with them was so painful. It was just almost impossible to get hold of somebody that will help you. After the installation I have been asking for a copy of the official receipt which until now I have not received. They kept telling me they will email a copy. I hope they can read my review and send my simple request.

      I interacted with this company through a home warranty claim for a failing circuit breaker and GFCI. I have a degree in electrical engineering. The technician that was sent was extremely lazy; the technician concluded that the circuit was overloaded causing the circuit breaker and GFCI to trip periodically during hot weather even though no devices were plugged in or turned on. I asked the technician to provide the estimated load basis for their conclusion that "overload" conditions on the 20A circuit were the root cause. He estimated over 1500+ Watts were being drawn. The technician cited a LED television and LED computer monitor as being the loads, where these devices were not plugged in or turned on. Even if these devices were operating normally at full power on the same circuit, they could not draw such a load causing overload conditions. The technician concluded that a new circuit was necessary and quoted a fee of over $2600. What a scam. If you are referred to Ideal Services through your home warranty, demand another vendor be used.

      This company is completely unhelpful and absolutely unprofessional. They were contracted by my home warranty to come out and fix a leaky faucet. Two plumbers were sent out on the service call to my home. They saw the faucet was leaking and said that because this is a new faucet they could not fix it because of the manufacturer's warranty. I asked why does it matter if it's a new faucet and under a manufacturer warranty or if it's a 5 year old faucet. The faucet is leaking I have a home warranty I called the home warranty regarding the leaky faucet the home warranty contracted them to fix it then fix it. It's a leaky faucet, not a 13 ton air conditioning unit that costs $20,000. I told them you guys are licensed professional plumbers who were asked to fix a leaky faucet that's it. They said that they would have to contact the home warranty to get the work approved. I said ok, let's do that right now. They responded by saying "no we can't do that right now because we could be on hold for 2 hours or more. I said I just spoke with them a couple of days ago and there are no hold times. I said let me get their number and I will call them right now. I went into my home office for 30 seconds to get the number and when I came out discovered that they had snuck out of my house behind my back without saying they were leaving or having me sign a work order or a report. Nothing, like they weren't even here. I called their office and spoke with Trevor a "manager". I explained to Trevor how the 2 plumbers refused to fix my leaky faucet and how they snuck out of my house behind my back like a couple of thieves. He agreed that i was very unprofessional of them to have done that. Could not believe that they did not have me sign the work order but said that they were right and could not fix the faucet because it was under warranty. A leaky faucet is the simplest job that a plumber can do. It should not matter that it's a new faucet or an old faucet.

      Absolute horrible customer service and communication. My home warranty contracted with Ideal Services, it was not by choice. Issue is with a running toilet not filling up the holding tank and shutting off. 1st appointment the tech changed a few parts he had on his truck and stated everything was good. 2 nights later the toilet ran all night til the next morning. Called for a follow up since the issue was not fixed. Received another appointment. Same tech came out with no additional parts. Looked around in the tank and advised the part needed was not covered. I have the top of the line warranty so I called. Magically the tech stated the part is actually covered but he didn't have it. He mentioned as a courtesy he will go get the part, pay for it and have the company reimburse him and come back that day to fix the issue. No call no show after he left. This was on a Friday so my wife called Monday morning. She was placed on hold to confirm the tech had the part and they scheduled an appointment same day. I received a call later that morning and was told sorry we have to reschedule the tech doesn't have the part. This company seems to play games and go round and round with their customers. The tech knew there was only 1 part left to replace after the first visit but this company doesn't have the part and can't seem to get it in a reasonable time frame. Meanwhile we have a toilet we can't use since there is a chance it will run leaving us with a huge water bill. Go elsewhere when looking for a reliable company that provides decent communication and customer service. 0 stars if I could!

      If you are looking for good customer service and response, I would NOT recommend this company at all. My condo's water heaters pilot light went out - this is part of an Aquatherm uint which controls both water and room temperature. They came and said that it was still under warranty, recommending that I have it swapped out. Not knowing anything about the unit, I gave the go ahead and paid $910. Right after installation, the water would not heat unless the heat was turned on inside the condo. They were called back out and said that a plumber needed to install a check valve. My question is "How was this unit working for the past 5 years without a check valve?" and "What was done that right after the water heater was replaced, it stopped working?. Is it not a company's responsibility to check that the system they installed is working appropriately before leaving the premises or at least taking responsibility for a job left incomplete? When I attempted to take this up with the Manager, Luis and finally the owner, Ron - they were both incredibly unprofessional and responded to me with a lot of negativity. Ron basically said that it was NOT his responsibility to make sure that the heater was working appropriately and that I needed to call an HVAC guy for further assistance. Horrible experience that has left me traumatized. All I know is that Karma will get you back! You put bad energy out there, it will come back to you ten fold.

      Just an update to my review dated 6/6/2023. I still have had no resolution from the company and they refuse to work with my property manager who has given them tons of business in resolving my issue. Once again, all I needed was a working water heater which they replaced under warranty and charged me $910. It still is not working the way it was before they came in and apparently, needs a check valve. My question is - 1. How was it working before without a check valve? 2. And if they are such a great plumbing company, why didn't they just put one in to complete the job? I have filed a complaint with the NV Board of Contractors and it is something I would recommend doing in order to prevent companies from taking advantage of people who don't know any better. We are still awaiting an investigation into the job poorly left undone.

      This customer called many of times she’s in vulgar language, which we do have on recording. Cussing us out, called and yelled derogatory names that I do not wish to repeat. She expected us to install something for free that her home warranty did not cover. Her system is five years old and a check valve failed. The warranty did not cover it so she felt that we should repair and install a new one to keep our good customer service relations with her.

      How can you trust an owner of a company who lies about who he is while answering a phone call and yes, I would very much like to have those phone calls publicized as they show exactly the kind of customer service these people provide. I did not ask for anything to be installed for free. All I asked for is a water heater system that has worked for over 5 years with no issues, that is now NOT working as it was before after this company replaced it "under warranty" and charged me $910 for it. Once again ... bad karma, someday it will get you back.

      Ideal Sevices will not rectify an installation that was not performed correctly. IDEAL SERVICES installed my HVAC Unit. A 90-day workmanship/ repair warranty is expressed in writing on the back of the invoice. Las Vegas has recently experienced heavy rain. Water pours through the duct where the sir filter sits. Because the rains came outside of the 90-day warranty, IDEAL Services owner, Ron, will not allow for a technician to complete an installation that should have ensured a water tight HVAC Unit. Rain should not pour through the grate. Ron wants money to have a tech run a diagnosis and then request and perform repairs that are not necessary. Please do not hire this business.

      I called my home warranty company (First American) for a clogged drain in the main bathroom bathtub and a clogged drain in the master bathroom shower. Frankie from Ideal Services came to the house and snaked the main bathtub drain. When he removed the plate to access the overflow drain the part that the plate was attached to fell. To try to find it, he went outside to the outside access for plumbing. He told my dad it was dangerous to take a bath but ok to take a shower. He said there was a pit under my home caused by a leak that had been going on for years. He told the warranty company that straps were missing. Because of the missing parts (straps) the claim to fix this problem was denied. I called Ideal Services to ask for the report they sent to my warranty company and the picture Frankie took when he was looking at the plumbing through the outside access. The receptionist never did send the report or picture. I had to speak to a manager (Trevor) before I received the report. I never received the picture. When I hired a new plumber that I paid for out of pocket he took a picture to show me what was wrong and you could see clearly that there were straps in the appropriate place. My claim was denied because this company lied. Also, Frankie did not snake my drain in the master shower because he ran water and then said it didn't need to be snaked. Unfortunately, when I took a shower in there I was standing in a couple inches of water by the end of my shower. When I called my warranty and asked they come back out to snake the shower Ideal Services refused to come saying the plumbing is all connected and they couldn't due it. Do not use this company. They are dishonest and lack integrity.

      I called my home warranty company for a service call due the water heater pilot has gone several times over the past 4 months. I have lived in my home for 17 years and I am on my second water heater. My garage configuration has not changed over the 17 years and is 650 sf. In the past I have been able to restart the pilot every time but at this particular time I was out of town on business and my wife was home by herself. The technician said the thermocouple loose some of it power over time but did not replace the thermocouple or attempt to take a millivolt reading to see what the out put of the thermocouple was putting out. As far as I am concerned the technician did the bare minimum an I know this problem will happen again in the near future. I would definitely not recommend Ideal services for your home hot water needs.

      Horrible company. The service tech didn't want to do the job the begin with. The service tech came out the first day took pictures and said he needed approval. I contacted my Home Warranty company and they stated there was no approval needed for a leaking water heater and had no idea what the tech was talking about. The next time the tech came out he told me he couldn't install the water heater because the stand was not fireproof - you think he would have figured that out the first day! Then I had to show him that backer board was fireproof. He finally took the old water heater down and then said I had to buy an $85 drip pan or he couldn't install the new water heater. There was nothing wrong with the old drip pan since it contained most of the leak. I ended up firing them because at every turn they tried to upsell something. A drip pan costs $17. Wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.

      The claim for a leaking water heater was placed with your warranty co on 6/12. You were scheduled 6/13, from there, the plumber contacted your warranty for autho to replace the water heater that same day. However you were not satisfied that he didnt just replace it right then and there. Unfortunately there is a certain protocol to be followed when handling insurance claims such as this one. I understand that to an average person you expect to just have it done immediately, but your warranty co provides a certain amount of autho for your claim and if there are any noncovered costs- We make certain that you aware BEFORE we do any work versus performing services and having to go after a homeowner for money. When our company received authorization on 6/13, you were notified and scheduled for install 6/14. When our tech arrived, he was being verbally abused and screamed at in an unprofessional manner so he departed the home. You chose to have a drain pan installed but did not want to pay.
