I am filing a complaint regarding Livbay Lash (****************) due to poor service and lack of proper resolution. On Sunday, July 7, I paid $200 (including a 25% tip) for a hybrid lash set. Despite following all aftercare instructions and avoiding heat or moisture, I experienced significant lash loss within 24 hours. By Monday morning, over 50% of the lashes had fallen out, and the shedding continued throughout the day.Upon notifying Livbay Lash and providing photographic evidence, I was offered a 30-minute fill. This was insufficient given the extent of the lash loss. I expressed that this solution was not viable, as the lashes continued to fall out rapidly. Livbay Lash reiterated their offer without providing a more comprehensive solution.By Tuesday morning, only three extensions remained (one fan and two individuals), and by the afternoon, all lashes were gone. Livbay Lash did not offer further assistance beyond the fill. I requested cancellation of all future appointments. They apologized for the inconvenience and agreed to cancel.I have appointments every two weeks, without fail, and always follow all prescribed aftercare, I believe Livbay Lash failed to own their part and deliver an acceptable service and resolution. I am now out $200 and need to either pay for another full set or go without lashes.I seek a full refund for the service due to the immediate and total lash loss, which is not consistent with the expected retention for such a service.
