            On jan 4th i made a purchase at burger king on the mobile app for over $40 worth of food. When i went to pick it up the man at drive thru stated they didnt have the meat available to make majority of my food and were out of other items i ordered due to thr machine used to cook the smaller burgers breaking 15 minutes prior. I asked for refund qnd was told they cant refund app orders i need to message support. I could not get the support chat to load until today and i then requested the refund. I was told they will not provide a refund for that and i have to take **** crown points or nothing. Thr crown points dont even cpver anywhere neqr the amount of food i paid for qnd did not receive so i said no. They are refusing a refund even though they didnt give me all of my order due to their own issue. They owe me $16.85
