      Hello I ordered a big Mac meal on 12/12/2022 at location ************************************************************** when I got the meal of the big Mac it was red under meaning they gave me raw meat and fries was over salty I called and was told I can get meal replaced but I rather go to a different location y'all need to check for food safety as that's a health risk thank you

      10/11/2022 I came to the location and my order was cold after waiting 30 minutes in line. Since I had a sick child and we were on our way to the doctor I didn't have time to go back and wait another 30 minutes for the food. I called the number on the receipt and the representative I talked to asked for the location, my name, and she would put me down in the book. Just bring my receipt and I could come back at a later date and they could remake the meal for me. Well today 10/18/2022 I went back to get that meal. The plan was to go inside the establishment, but the inside was closed down at 6:00pm. I ended up going through the drive through. When I go to the window to pay, I let the cashier know and she said no problem just pull forward and they will take care of you. When I get to the window to get my food the employee said "you didn't pay at the fist window" I then went on to explain and tried to hand him my receipt from 10/112022 like their corporate office advised. He then grabbed a manager; I believe his name was *****. He was extremely rude, made me explain everything over and said, " we don't have a store phone, so you didn't call to talk to anyone here". I showed him my receipt and said there's a number at the top of this, this is the number I called. He went on to say 'yea that's our corporate, so I don't know what you want me to do...' then leaves the window. No one shows up for another 5 minutes...ANOTHER manager (********) not even in work attire leaning out the window laughing in my face saying, "you handed me a receipt from a week ago" instead of listening to the actual issue and straight up said "you're lying about calling, we don't have a phone". She left, took my receipt, and didn't come back to assist me. I was at the window for almost 20 minutes. Everyone honking before I was helped by ******** in which she was extremely helpful. This would've been an issue if I was another race. I was called a liar and was refused help. I even offered to call corp.
