      I accidentally signed up for this website (not realizing it was a scam) because I thought I could make some money from it. I thought the games were free to play and I would get the money from there, but then I got a notification from my PayPal and bank account app that my funds were insufficient. I then logged into my bank app and saw I'm financially in the negative and I am a college student with no job. I then deleted the account on this website and even went into PayPal to make the payment inactive, but they are still charging me weekly. Last week they charged me $25 and now they are charging me $50 I also tried to call the phone number and email them, but the phone number didn't even work and I never got a response to my email.Transaction Date: 07/05/2024 Below is a link to the website in case it's any help: ****************************************

      On Feb 23rd, I requested a withdrawal. According to your confirmation kind of confusing email about the time and procedure to process a withdrawal, I should receive my money in 3 to business days. That did not happen and your customer service team's responses are as confusing and, to tell you the truth, as shady as your original confirmation. As you are aware, I have deposited into Worldwinner much more than 30 dollars. Thus, this is not about money. Honestly, at this point, you look like a complete fraud.

      Withdrawals back to a Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or ApplePay *** take up to 10 business days to process. Withdrawals that are to pay out in check form, *** take up to 8 weeks from the withdrawal request date to process. 

      If these timelines have passed since your withdrawal request date, please email the WorldWinner Fraud and *************** ********************************** to inquire about the status of the withdrawal that has yet to be received.

      I am rejecting this response because it is the same AI response I've been getting from your **************************** I am not even sure you ever checked that conversation, because your representative repeated so many times the same "made up" comments I had to remind him a couple of times that TEN DAYS WERE ALREADY GONE. 

      Furthermore, I repeat, it is not about the money. Since the time I requested the withdrawal I've deposited more than the $30 you were supposed to have deposited into my Paypal account a long time ago.

      I closed my account today anyway after 11 years. 

      PS: I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision.

      In said email dated March 22, Worldwinner informs me, among other things and I quote : 

      Our records indicate that your withdrawal will process back to PayPal.
       
      Withdrawals to PayPal typically are paid out in 10 business days and also note:
       
      Withdrawals may process in smaller, multiple amounts than what was requested
      It is normal for withdrawals to process and post at different times
      We can't provide specific updates on when a withdrawal is to process
      We can't stop, change or cancel a withdrawal request.

      The information provided to me clearly shows Worldwinner does have the least intention of being honest. I wonder how much money are they taking from their customers?!

      I think this latest encounter with Worldwinner should be shared with the general public.

I think I have like more than ******************* with the same content I just forwarded to you, wait ten days, we will pay little by little at different times...It is absurd! They are not serious about this issue or any other issue at all. I repeat, I told them clearly it is not about the money but the way they do business.

      WorldWinner openly admitted that they match people with uncompetitive games. I opened a ticket for support about this issue, and they told me that they do not support "fairness" requests. I am almost certain that there is a requirement for any gambling company to comply with fairness gaming laws. The simple fact that they admit they do not care about fairness, means that they do not care about gaming laws and regulations.The game in question, I got a chance to play both entries. The first entry into the game (bingo), I only had four numbers called, resulting in less than 2000 points. The second entry I had over eight numbers called, this resulted in a score of over 5000 points. In fact, before I hit Bingo, I had over 2000 points (which is more than my total from the first entry just on numbers called).As you can see, with the first entry, I had mathematically no chance of winning. This seems illegal to present a user with mathematically no chance to win, even in the lottery we have a small chance to win.

      WorldWinner has no vested interest in who wins or loses the tournaments that are offered. We strongly refute insinuations that the WorldWinner business has intentionally set up tournaments for some users to win more than other users or lose more than other users. 

      The internal Matching System that is in place was designed to ensure that the game conditions are the same for all players that participate in the same tournament. Players will receive the same first "hand"/board/layout. If a player enters the same tournament multiple times then they will receive a "hand"/board/layout of similar scoring potential. In regards to user's complaints about Bingo Bingo game boards, all players within the same cash tournament will receive have the same numbers on their card(s) and will have the same ***** called in the same order. If you are not getting a specific amount of ***** called that don't have a corresponding number on your card in your game, then other opponents will have the same experience. How successful a player may be in the game will mostly depend on the speed at which they **** their cards and how that player utilizes the power-*** that are available to them. Scores could vary widely based on how users are utilizing the power-*** and how fast they **** their cards.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      There are laws requiring fairness in the gaming industry. I understand that WorldWinner thinks they have the right to not provide fair games, however, that is not their right. Please adjust your gaming algorithms to provide a fair shot at winning a game. You know you are wrong in this matter, your original response to my support ticket differed. So now because a formal complaint is opened, you are trying to exclude the word fairness in your response. I am sure if the gaming commission in ****** launched an investigation (next step is for me to submit a complaint to them), they would find that WorldWinner is tipping the scale in their algorithm to ensure more people win. Not that the better played game wins, but that more people win. I can tell you my first entry I played in this particular tournament I played better than my second entry. I had no reason to try in the second entry because no matter how good I played the amount of money I would earn would be the same.

      I will let you have five business days before contacting the gaming commission.

Refunds for game entries that are requested for matching are generally not awarded. Player's feedback about re-entering into Bingo Bingo! games has been taken into consideration and re-entry was recently disabled so additional investigation into re-entry is in progress. More improvements will be coming soon to the Bingo Bingo! game title in the near future.       I signed up for worldwinner.com on February 28th to sign up with their bet $5 and get $50 in bonus cash to play around with. I end up winning and making two withdrawals, one for $25 and the other for $27.50. Well a day goes by and I haven't recieved anything but a notification from chime that $5 was on the way. Not the $52.50 I won but they sent me $5 and I am currently trying to get into contact with them via email to resolve this because right now it feels like I just got scammed.

      There are ongoing issues with the email confirmation sends so some players have not received the confirmation when a withdrawal is requested. This matter is being investigated. Regarding the withdrawals specifically, there were two withdrawal requests - $27.58 and $25 - that will process. Please allow up to 10 business days for any credit back to a credit/debit card, PayPal account or ApplePay account and allow up to 8 weeks if any part of the withdrawal is to be paid out via check.       The sale person was failure to provide the information to the customer .On 12/24/21. I purchased the laptop **** worthy of $299.99.The sale man informed me to buy the 2 years warranty for $99.99. He said after 2 yrs If I didnt use any amount of money, Ill get a 50% back as the program called buyback from the company. But, he didnt explain how do I get my money back. Now the warranty is expired. I went to the store where I bought the laptop. The customer service girl gave me the number ********** to call. This morning I called this numbers they agreed to pay me the buyback 50% by the store credit. Not the check. I asked them to pay me back as a check. They declined. I went to the **** store and spoke with the manager name *****. Officer ******** To explain to her that the sale person didnt explain to the buyer what type of the buyback will refund to customers. I was totally believe in that guy provided me the truth and correct information. But he didnt. I want to get pay back $50 by check , not the store credit. This is the sale man false. Or the way the store trained him to cheat on the customers. Whatsoever or however he learned from. The guy gave me wrong or cheated information. I requested to get paid by check of amount $50 to prove that the store needs to honestly with the customers. The gal manager was rejecting my request and didnt want to help me out.       Hello,I made my worldwinner account some time in the late summer of 2021, around the same time that I started treatment for schizophrenia on a drug called Abilify/Maintena at a high/therapeutic dose, which is known to cause severe gambling addiction and impulse control issues. I mostly played the game Bejewelled for free on their initially, but soon after creating the account, I started spending real money on paid tournaments. Over the course of more than a year, I probably spent more than $10,000 in gambling losses. By the time a year had gone by, I was pretty accustomed to losing many games every single day, and by this time I knew for certain that this company runs a very shady business and their algorithm is essentially designed to make players lose as much money as possible. Even if you look at reviews online, you will hardly find any comments about a player making any money, they all say they have gotten matched up with players who get more than 10x their score. Some have even hypothesized that the players you get matched up with are computer bots designed/operated by the site itself to keep players from winning at all. This would make things even more shady, and I think there definitely needs to be an investigation to look into whether the company operates this way or not. The business has committed to providing a platform that is full of competitions/tournaments that are "skill-based" but I believe that is not the case. For example, I (and most users) had/have an average score of around ***** to ***** in the game Bejewelled, so how can it be possible for another use to consistently get scores between 1***** and ****** to beat you every single time. The site banned me and closed my account some time in October of 2022, when I accidentally charged my Dad's credit card - he gave me permission for a $10 transaction, but I spent over $200 by accident when I mistook the **** as my ****. He disputed the charge via his credit card company. My account was ********.

Users are accountable for the funds they deposit and choose to spend to enter cash tournaments.

      I am rejecting this response because they have no right to close or ban users for making a mistake regarding their credit card and charges. They in fact are probably tampering with games and scoring and this needs to be looked into. There is no possibility for a player to constantly get above ****** (to ******) in points in the game bejewelled as I am a very experienced player and am also very good but the way *********** you get matched up with constantly get these scores is simply unheard of and not possible. There is a possibility that this site is running computerized bots to match you up with so you lose a lot of money and this should be looked into. I would like compensation and for my account to be reinstated otherwise I will be filing a lawsuit against this company.
      There needs to be a federal investigation done on this website and the business they run. It is very shady and very unethical and Im disgusted.
