Awful!Awful!! Scam! Paid for 3 day delivery. order was not sent, spoke to owner who promised order would be here today and Apologized for mix up, just received notification it was still waiting for label to be processed.Took money out of my account immediately but still waiting for product.Scam! We have refunded the customer for her order today, 12/15/22. She placed an order on 12/4 and on 12/9 when her order was not received she began calling our company a scam. It is the holiday and we are extra busy and what most customers do not understand is that shipping time does not begin when the order is placed but rather when it is fulfilled. We always do our best to meet and exceed our customers' needs. It is very difficult to be in business these days when everyone expects us to be Amazon and can negatively review a company without fully understanding or reaching out calmly to find a resolution.

I ordered a set of Pureology Hydrate shampoo (1 gallon) and conditioner (1 gallon) for $223.36 on June 15, 2022, via the website of theblowdryer.com. I got a subsequent email from Shop.com to verify the email address. I followed the prompts and entered the verification code that was texted to me by Shop Pay. I have attached copies of the following: - Order made on 6/15/22 - Shop Pay email received on 6/15/22 - Text snapshot received of the verification codes I had received from Shop Pay as evidence that I had followed the Shop Pay links. I was a little suspicious of the order because there was no tax collected. On 6/20/22 at 1:15pm, I received an email stating that order has been refunded because "some of the products are discontinued or nationally unavailable." As of this writing on 6/21/22 at 9:30pm, there has been no refund made on my credit card. I went so far to contact my credit card company to inquire if a credit was pending from the merchant, and they told me that there was not. I tried to call the merchant numerous times (at least 10 times) yesterday at the number listed on their website, and the number was always busy. I went back on the merchant's website and the products I had purchased are still available--contrary to the email I had received from them--and now listed for $349.99. I am very upset about this purchase because I did not receive the product and I think this is a scam site to obtain people's private information such as credit cards, emails, and address. To prove they are not a scam site, they should send the product without further delay sicne it was ordered nearly a week ago. At the time that I paid for the set, it was available on other merchant's websites for $10-$20 more. Very upset, I subsequently the merchant and you can see for yourself the admin (Frank W******) unprofessional response and expletives. See attached. If the site is legit, they need to deliver without further delay bc I need these items right away.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/07/11) */ We refunded this person because the address was not valid and they did not answer the phone. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/07/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Again, I cannot stress enough that this is a fraudulent website. They claim my address is not valid and that I did not answer the phone. Both of these claims are utterly false. The company called me yesterday for the first time from a number with NO CALLER ID (which means you would not be able to call him back) and I answered the call. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He told me that he refunded the money because the shampoo and conditioner set are no longer available. I then asked why they are still listed on his website for sale as we speak. He got belligerent and answered that he will ban me from purchasing on "all of his websites." If he has several websites, that shows that this is not a legitmate business and should be investigated for SCAMMING well intentioned buyers. I would like to know what his various websites are so that I don't ever waste my time buying from an unscrupulous person whose sole intention is to harvest people's private information. This person should be investigated further by BBB and prosecuted because his enterprise is a complete SHAM.
