Would have preferred leaving no star as the review!! Spoke with 3 of Kachava's customer service reps(Johanna, Grace, Joji) & was then emailed by an alleged "Leadership Team Member", named Avonna on 2/19/2024 in an attempt to resolve a problem. In mid November 2023 I ordered 3 bags of the product - did not use till Feb 19, 2024 due to a lengthy illness-> when I looked at expiration date on each of the 3 bags, I was horrified to see the expiration is March 2024!!!. I'd been a loyal and generally pleased customer for past several years, however to send a customer a product in November 2023 that expires in March 2024 is unadulterated deception and profoundly POOR/NONEXISTANT business acumen, particularly when each bag costs $69.99!!!. Clearly these were "old product" sent to me in November. Called Customer service(Johanna & second call with Joji), then did a chat with Grace who commented," We would like to clarify that they are not old products since they are SAFE TO CONSUME within 3 months of receiving them" these scripted responses as well as written email response from their, "Leadership person, Avonna" failed to resolve the issue to my satisfaction, stating nothing could be done. Yes they are sending old product under the guise of this "wonderful shake." This company is a ruse to attract unsuspecting customers into believing that this "tribal superfood shake" is healthy, far from it. There are NO studies to support their claim and I advise customers to not be dooped as I was. Kachava & it's employees are in a word, DECEPTIVE with an inabsentia business acumen and total disregard for the customer. DO NOT do Business with this company.

I have been using Ka'Chava for over three years now and am very pleased with the product. Whenever I have reached out to customer service with an issue or a question, I've rec'd a response in less than an hour--even during the evening. They even replaced a shipment that had been stolen from my porch. I do add a banana and other fruit to my morning smoothie just to thicken it up, but have been very pleased with the nutritional content of the product. I've found the vanilla flavor to be too chalky for my taste, but love the chocolate. I have recommended Ka'chava to other people and will continue to do so.

This company is a fraud and should be put out of business!! I had canceled my subscription after the first order. Their product tastes terrible! They refused to stop my subscription and send me another order! ****** BUSINESS ETHICS

I love it. Feel great. Have no trouble changing or altering my orders. Cancelled for two years and came back. Don’t understand where there is any problem,

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought into the scam. After comparing blood work from before and after use of their product - realized it was not providing any real impact on me. I then too like the others tried to cancel my subscription and was told it was too late and even tho my order did not ship I could not cancel it. They would send an email with tracking. Well that never happened and now they are trying to make me pay to ship it back - even tho I called before they shipped my order … and oh I don’t even live at the address anymore that they shipped too. They have no accountability for their mistakes. Sure it may have been my mistake first for not realizing I didn’t cancel but after 14 months of NO orders I thought I did…. And then they never provided tracking so I could reroute and it’s somehow now on me ?! Do not order from this company.

Attempted to cancel monthly subscription. I was told they could not accept my request since the account was in my wife's name. I explained that they were billing my account. As the authorized person on the bank account being charged, I should have authority to cancel. I am very concerned that they are going to make a game of this. I am reminded of trying to cancel gym membership where they said we had to cancel using a complicated printed form that had to be sent via certified mail. I do not recall signing up for a monthly subscription in the first place. This came to mind while reading other reviews stating they did not recall signing up for a monthly subscription either.

The product is delicious, but customer service is horrible. Can’t seem to get my order shipped, and can’t get to a supervisor or anyone who can actually help me. Since service is so awful, it makes me wonder if the health/nutritional claims this company makes are accurate.

I had an extreme systemic allergic reaction to this product. Taste was fine, satiety was good, but my body reacted poorly. I tried to leave an honest review on their website, but it never appeared even though I received an email saying it had. Then I noticed that any 1 or 2 star reviews I had seen on their website had been deleted back over a year. So it appears they curate reviews, which is sure dishonest. Amazon reviews show a very different snapshot of user impressions. Their advertising is misleading, and it seems they should have more ingredient warnings or educational info, rather than just hype. I wanted a protein shake, not a weight loss supplement that made my doctor think I was having a heart attack (I wasn’t).

Deceptive. Charged my credit card without my authorization for a product I did not want or order. Then charged me again to return it.

they sent me 3 vanilla shakes that expire in less than 9 months I called and they only gave me 10 dollars on my next purchase which is not going to happen I ordered 6 in total and only the vanilla one was about to expire they have very bad customer service and the product is nothing out of this world do not waste your money with this company
