1. I was not furnished a receipt for the initial consultation, which was $300 for the hour.
2. I was not furnished a signed copy of a contract.
3. I was not given a receipt of the deposited funds rendered, of $4,500.
4. I have not received an itemized list of purchases and/or fees.
5. I never approved any furnishings or items to consider.
6. I was not presented with other items to approve.
During the time frame of December 3, 2021, thru January 01, 2022, a month later, there was very little communication between the company and me. A picture of a hideous chair was sent to me, which was not approved with more to show promised. A full refund is being requisted.

We exchanged multiple phone conversations and exchanges of text messages the entire month and (have proof) . On 12/7/22 we picked up a check for $4500 for the deposit from his residence. He specifically stated to "let our creative juices flow" and knew we would choose all the items and if he was unhappy with anything once installed we would change it out no problem. We communicated on 12/25/21 and was aware we would be scheduling the install date in the next week or so .
We then scheduled an install date of (1/15/22) on 1/1/22 and on 1/11/22 he texted and spoke over the phone that he wanted to cancel the project as he didn't have the funds and needed the deposit back for an emergency. We spent almost 2 months working with Kenny and bought all of the furnishings for his home to install.
