I purchased the program and after logging in we realized it would not fit our needs for homeschooling as the system was difficult for my daughter who has dyslexia to navigate, and she was not able to use the program as expected. We were advised this would be a good program for those with learning disabilities but after trying it out learned that this was not the case in our situation. We immediately asked for a refund because we would not be able to use the program at all. The refund was denied and we are still being charged months after the fact for a program we never were able to use. I would like a refund, the software did not work as promised and we did not use it.Business response

It is always important to us that customers are satisfied with the curriculum product they choose. This is why we offer customers the ability to view and use the curriculum through our free demos for an unlimited amount of time prior to purchasing. I do see that you were able to take advantage of the opportunity to use our free demos and spend some time using the curriculum before you purchased. The team member you emailed was standing behind our refund policy that you agreed to prior to purchasing. I do see that the last time you logged into the product was in March. At this time, I would be happy to refund any additional fees that were charged after your first month as well as a partial refund for the first month. This would be a refund of $165 that we could process back to your card. I apologize for any inconvenience and will make sure to use this experience to grow and learn as a team.
