Ensurance never billed me for two whole months I been checking my ensurance app for a balances and nothing no balance, so they decided to cancel my policy with no warning no currency calls no letters after 4 long years with them.Initial Complaint

I'm trying to deal with a insurance company. On may 17,2022 a car backed into my car and caused damages. Her insurance company took fault. They had someone come out and do a estimate for damages. It took a week after that to get in touch with the person handling it to find out how to go about getting it fixed. Her name is Diane and I've been calling for over a week because she stated on may 24 that the check was mailed. Nothing. And I've been trying to get in touch with her and her supervisor which isn't returning any of my calls or messages. It's been almost 3 weeks now and still haven't heard anything and my car still isn't fixed.Business response

I was involved in a car accident and when speaking with agent Holly Anderson Policy number: *******, Claim number: TXA-******* she clearly stated that I was not at fault. My premium increased and I did not know why. When I applied at *********** I Noticed they had put me at fault for an accident that I was not at fault. I have sent emails and left voice messages and she has not responded to any of my attempts. This is frustrating as I need my name to be cleared and reimbursed for the price difference.
