Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath Remodeling has not provided any services. Originally the sales rep and design guy showed up, materials were chosen, contract was signed and made the down payment. From that point on went down hill, timeline to obtain my custom cabinets went from 14 weeks to my 16 phone calls verifying where my order is and when the work will be done. 30 weeks later no responses. Now I found out last week their license is suspended and an eviction notice is on there store front. Buyer beware , I am out lots of my hard earned money, so all do not use this company. No service provided at all.Initial Complaint

On 5/3/24 I wrote a check for $3,362.00 for a small bath remodel and handed it to *******************, my salesperson. That same day I signed a contract and chose the granite and confirmed all the cabinet, faucet and sink details. On 5/10/24 a man named *** came to my house and took measurements of the bathroom. On 5/11/24 at 4:23 p.m. I received a call from **** saying that "the company has closed their doors" and that he was out of a job. He suggested that I try to contact the owner to get my money back. I contacted my bank and found that the check had been deposited on 5/3/24. I called the business and it went to voicemail and I left a voicemail to have them refund my money.Initial Complaint

In 3 months they never show up and dont provide ordered supplies. Ask for discontinued supplies and dont deliver.Initial Complaint

We contracted with LVKAB over 8 months ago. They have yet to complete the work and the work they perform is substandard. I should have picked up in the red flag that they don't get a permit for the work they perform. We contracted for replacement of floor tole, baseboards, master bath remodel. They continually tell use a certain craft will be here on a certain day to work and then nobody comes. I text the supervisor assigned to our job with no responses. I have talked to the owner several times and they will send someone for the next couple days and then nothing. They left a leaking toilet in one bathroom and we had clack mold growing. I had to point that out to them and they were just going to paint over it. They removed a window and the stucco job is horrible. Every baseboard has been replaced twice now and finally they have removed all nails that we literally sticking up above the base board finishes. They left exposed wires for three weeks. The list goes on and on.
