I called Hot Nails on ******* ******* in Henderson Sunday December 12th and asked to make an appointment for a regular full set with my gel polish at 11:00 Monday December 13th, i was told $35., when I got there they sat me down and asked me what I wanted again, I said a full set and I brought my daughter's polish, he said okay, i said it's $35 right, he seemed irritated and said yes, when finished I handed the cashier $100 bill, she handed me back $50, I told her that she gave me incorrect change that I was 15 short she told me that I had a gel set, I said no I have a regular set, she turned and asked if him I had gel or regular set, he said regular, she said I'll have to charge you for our gel polish then as it cost more for a gel, I told her I did not use their gel polish I used mine as stated on the phone and when I got here, she said well I'm going to have to charge you for the for the product anyways, I said I did not use there polish how can you charge me, she said we can change for service, but I did for a full set with polish included in the service, again she refused to give me the correct change, I said whatever give me my receipt with the service I got I'm calling BBB, she refused and said she couldn't give me a receipt for a regular set if I bring my own product !
