Excellent sales woman she gets a 5 star and should find a different dealership to work at she is absolutely amazing. We bought a 2020 Jeep Rubicon from her the dealership and staff were amazing till we signed the dotted line. As soon as we did the trouble started. All the professionalism went right out the door with the sales manager and finance department. 3 visits to get a proper notary and they are licensed notaries (so that's Definity an joke). finance Alex said I would get a tank of gas that was never received for the 3 trips from boulder city he also said I could get unlimited car washes, Thank God the used car manager walked out to his car and I asked him he said absolutely not it would tear down the machine. I had to make an appointment for hand wash. that's more time wasted at this dealership. Everyone will bent over backwards to get the deal after that your just a number I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would rate not stars if I could. Vehicle is now in Utah so that tank of gas and washes is a dead promise.Review from Viola Y

After having my truck hand detailed I notice scratches and paint differential on truck. The truck sits in my driveway and only has *********************************************************************************** **** to take ca e of scratches.. mine you before I had the hand detail done none of the scratched and differential of the paint was not noticable on the truck.Review from Sandra B

I would like to put in a personal complaint about Henderson Chevrolet Dealer in Henderson, NV.
I purchased a brand new car 2015 Chevy Spark LS from this dealer (also purchased 3 previous new auto's from this same dealer) in the last 25 years of making car payments to GM/Chevrolet.
Upon arriving at the dealer to pick up my ordered car, which was supposed to be a RED Chevy Spark LS, come to find out they sold the vehicle out from underneath me without notifying me to some other buyer and stuck me with a lavender/purple Chevy Spark LS, (very irritated about this), and I have paid this car off in full a year ago and low and behold to my surprise, after asking my brother to check my spare time in the back trunk area to make sure it has air in ... It is now 2022 and I have never ever went into the back trunk area to check my tires, up until this past weekend. To my surprise there was NO spare tire or donut tire in there. When you buy a brand new car, I don't car what make or model it is, there should be a share tire in there and there was not. I got on the phone to GM corporate office and complained about this and a ticket was made up and they are in contact with Henderson Chevrolet dealer, ( called Gen Mgr 2x) with no respected call back to me. I called them again today, to find out that my car when I bought it did not come with a spare tire. This is absolutely ludacris and ******** in my eyes! Thank god I never had a blow out and would have been stranded with no spare tire.... I believe this is illegal and I am requesting the GM corporation make this right with me and buy me a spare tire or donut tire. I am awaiting to hear back from Gm Corporate office. I give Henderson Chevrolet a 1 rating. They never even mentioned to me that there was no spare time at the time of purchase, very wrong!

We understand the customers concern about a spare tire. This is not unique to Chevrolet or to the Spark model the consumer purchased. Below is a partial list of vehicles that also do not come with a spare .

It would have been professional to have informed the purchasing customer at time of sale that there were NO spare tire in the trump, instead of letting the excellent customer of 25 years with this dealership and the purchase of 4 brand new cars ( 2 of them lemons) and I took the loss - to assume there was a tire in the trunk. This is pure **** excuses to save them money and not be concerned about the customer buying their product.. I'm disgusted and ashamed of this dealership, and for also selling out the RED car that i ordered to begin with. You sold it out from underneath me without telling me, then I learn it on the spot when I got there.. you sold me another car!! I will NOT recommend this dealer to anyone and I will never purchase another automobile from your scamming company!!
