      I was initially seen on November 28th, 2023 by PA ***********************. During this office visit we agreed to schedule a Laparoscopy. During this appointment I was told someone would call me on the following Tuesday to schedule the appointment. However, I never received a call. I called back in December to schedule the appointment and was told they were so behind that is the reason I never received a call. On that call with ******* for scheduling, I was never told there would be a $150.00 charge if I cancelled within a week.I was initially scheduled with *********************************** however, I was told two weeks prior to the procedure that ************************ went out on Maternity Leave. I then was told I could be switched over to **********************. On Monday, January 15th, I was seen by ********************** who was extremely against the manner in which the surgery was going to be done. ********************** pushed the fact that he wanted to remove my tubes completely and not just "Tie" them. I disagreed and explained that I wanted the procedure PA *********************** had advised which would be just clamping the tubes or Cauterizing the tubes. ********************** told me to go home and think on everything and give them a call back to advise if the surgery was for me. I called back today January 22nd and was told that there would be a $150 cancellation fee. I was never told about this fee at ALL. This whole ordeal was atrocious! ******* has NO integrity to outright LIE about telling me about this fee. I have my surgery consent form and that fee is NOT listed.

      I was an OB patient here before moving. During my time as a patient I got married which changed my insurance. I gave my insurance information at the first appointment after the switch. I did not have a physical card to provide at that time since it was 2 days later. After moving I started receiving bills. I sent 5 messages on the patient portal to the billing department with attached updated insurance card. No response. I called and would be sent to the billing line. It would go to voicemail, I left 3 messages and never received a call back. Eventually I received a notice from bill collectors for $600. I called and explained I need them to run my proper insurance and it would be 100% covered. The collectors said theyd call the office and tell them to contact me. Nothing. After a month I had a letter from the collections agency that they closed my account. I started also getting calls from a genetic testing company asking for payment since the clinic sent them the wrong insurance information as well. They were unable to process it with my insurance since it was over a year from the service date. They forgave the bill since they understood the situation. Through all of this Henderson clinic has never responded to me. I constantly get automated calls about having a balance due.
