      This is a fraudulent company! They advertise advertised that the gift would be delivered before Valentine's Day I tried to get tracking information I emailed the company several times they wouldn't respond until the next day in the evening and the response would be oh well it was mailed out but it was never sent out they didn't send it out until 3 days before Valentine's Day and I had ordered it the week prior they say they're shipping time is 2 to 5 days even though they were advertising that it would be to me before Valentine's Day! After they kept sending me emails full of lies I then told them that I didn't want it anymore this was prior to them claiming they had mailed it off I said I didn't want it anymore I wanted my money back they claim they sent it anyways I still was very adamant but I no longer wanted to give that they ruined the very special day for me and my husband so I wanted to get my money back they claim that the gift would be delivered February 18th but it never showed up it was never delivered I would have sent it back immediately if it was because I don't want anything to do with this company. I have sent well over 10 emails to this fraudulent company I have called over 15 times and they can screen your call they have caller ID they know who their customers are and they will flee decide not to answer my calls.

Due to high demand during Valentine's Day, our production was delayed and the package arrived later than our promised date. For this, we sincerely apologize. Based on the USPS tracking, the package was delivered on Feb. 18th, 2022. USPS: Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:33 pm on February 18, 2022 in *********************. Since the package did not deliver on time, as promised, we will issue a full refund in good faith, while letting the customer keep the item as a free gift. You should really retrain your customer service employees. Also I feel that you deliberately didn't respond to my emails when I said I wanted to cancel/or wanted my money back way before it got to production. You are practicing business unfairly by choosing not to respond to customers in a timely manner and by your own policy. . You did apologize for not sending the product out on time but I still have not received an apology for your late, lying, nasty customer service. I never received an apology from you ignoring my many emails. If you would have been honest in the beginning when I first sent you the email about the fake tracking information and app, I would have agreed to wait for the watch. You took advantage on all aspects. That's why I wanted my money back. That's all I have to say. Thank you for giving me my money back. I hope you do better as a business.

      Purchased a necklace for $60 on 5/4/21. After months of not receiving item, I reached out to the company. (Many reviews on company ******** stated long waiting times). I was told that there was nothing they could do as the order was allegedly shipped over 90 days ago via USPS. I requested either full reimbursement or a reship of the same necklace. Both requests denied, offered only a 50% off coupon to use on next purchase. When I asked for proof of the item shipping, I received a small image with just a tracking number, no other identification that this was actually from my order (no name, shipping address, or purchase date were included). Many other customers have had same complaints on their ******** page. At this point, I just want a full refund.

      Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/01/20) */ Hi *******, We have received your complaint and we would like to make things really clear so this is settled. You have placed an order with us on May 2021 to which shows as delivered by USPS. 6 months after, you have contacted us stating that you didn't receive it. At this point the tracking number no longer works as it would not pull up nor display any information. We sent you all this information via email and we provided screenshots. We would like to understand as to why you have contacted us 6 months after your purchase date in which we can no longer file a claim with the carrier? Also we are more than willing to provide you with a resolution but you didn't respond to our email. We hope that we will also receive a fair judgement and we will be happy to do our share to get this resolved :)
