      I paid for a spring break trip for my daughter through JusCollege over several months. The cost was nearly $1400. She missed the deadline to specify room assignments and when she reached out to JusCollege to make these arrangements, they told her that her room was no longer available and that they could not accommodate her. But, they kept the money. This is pure fraud. I reached out to them and had several exchanges with them but they have not offered to refund the money. Their explanation is that they made an OFFER of accommodation and should get paid the full amount rather than getting paid the full amount for the ACTUAL accommodation. I'm sure they have bilked a lot of people out of money. This warrants an investigation or class action law suit. It's so egregious.

      Paid for my daughter to go to *************** for spring break. The pets she was traveling with could not go and she didnt want to go herself. There are no refunds whatsoever. No matter what. She found someone to go with her and they paid their way. When she went to pick rooming, they automatically put her in a 4 person room which is $750/ person additional. She never chose a 4 person room. But they are not bending. This travel company is a total scam and I will be spreading that fact as long and as far as I possibly can. There is no phone number only email. Their webpage shows kids partying and drinking on the beach. My daughter isnt even of legal age. Their marketing and business practices are shady to say the least.

      On Nov 6, 2023 I charged a trip for my daughter ***************************. Only the deposit of 1/4 the amount was supposed to be charged to my card. They charged the entire amount. I immediately emailed them (there is no phone number) to tell them they charged my card incorrectly. I heard nothing back. I emailed them again. No response. I then emailed them again on Nov 27 and they said too bad, we selected to pay the entire amount and no refunds! We were only supposed to pay the deposit not the entire $1150! I looked at YELP reviews and I am seeing others have had the same issues with this company. I then emailed them that no way I am letting my daughter go on this trip with this SHAM company and no response.

      Paid for a trip and had to cancel due to family reasons. Cannot get my money back despite having purchased the trip insurance. There is not phone number to call and I have written to them 5 times.

      I was charged by this third-party service for a festival all inclusive package (Electric Zoo ****** 2022, scheduled for December 2022). The coordinating company, Pollen, went bankrupt roughly 08/2022. They deleted all traces of the festival online shortly thereafter. By this time, I had already paid for the festival and accommodations in full ~approx. $1100. I went sent an email describing the insolvency per ******'s official email address, that I was entitled to a refund and they would be contacting me shortly on how to process/obtain one. I have heard nothing from either Pollen nor JusCollege ************** Services) regarding this refund. My credit card company is unable to refund due to the Pollen email lacking the last 4 digits of my card that was charged. I am now scammed out of $1100 without ever receiving the services rendered or promised, with concrete proof of the parent companies insolvency and my entitlement to a refund. This third party vendor claims to be unable to refund me.

      My two friends Samantha and ****** and I booked a trip with JusCollege about a week and a half ago (booking number ********* ********* and ********** All over the website and in their terms and conditions the site promises: "2. If you paid for your booking in full at the time of booking: You may cancel within 30 days from the date of Your booking, and you will receive 100% of the total price You paid back, less $25. This $25 is non-refundable." However, we have been emailing to cancel due to one of my friends having a serious medical incident. The responses are extremely vague, and one of the employees replied to my friend that she cannot get a refund unless the trip is cancelled or she gets COVID, which does not reflect what we were told (and read in JusCollege's terms and conditions) while booking. The response from the company is extremely concerning while booking, we had someone texting us and calling us to help with the process, and as soon as we paid for the trip we have only received automated messages or lackluster responses that are not straightforward or helpful. We simply would like all 3 of our payments refunded and our trip cancelled. As we are well within 30 days of booking this should not be an issue for the company.

      Hi there, My name is ******* ****** and I booked a trip with Juscollege for fall break to go to Las Vegas, Nevada. ******** is my reference number. Unfortunately my boyfriend and I tested positive for Covid-19 and could not attend our trip we had planned for months. They said we would get 100% of our money back if we had to cancel for covid reasons. Both my boyfriend and I tested positive and we were very sick so we had to cancel and send in our results to Juscollege. I had done this October 3rd 2021. It is now December 29th 2021. Juscollege had said 60-90 days. We are coming up on that 90 days and both myself, nor my boyfriend has received his money. They owe me $900 and my boyfriend $400.

      My daughter ******** ****** booked a trip on my credit card for herself and three friends. They had to cancel for Covid and were told that they would receive a full refund of $1,497. Three times they have promised, through email, that this was processing, we've waited ten business days twice, and still no refund!       JusCollege/***** is the state-side address listed for london-based company ******. They list three locations, this is the only one that appears to show up on ****** maps. On 3/25/21 I booked a vacation package for four to Malta. ****** stated that if the event was canceled by them or if we had to cancel due to covid related situation, they would provide a full refund. On 7/16/21 the event was canceled by ****** and I elected to get a refund. At that time they said the refund could take up to 90 days. It took all 90 days. On 10/14 they sent an email confirmation my refund was being processed, and it could take up to 10 business days. The next day I saw pending refunds against my card. The refund was pending for 3 days, and before they cleared as credit they (the refund came through in 5 installments) were canceled. I have emailed the customer service numerous times and nobody can tell me when I will get my money or what has happened to the refund. It has now been 10 business days and I don't have any refund pending against my card.
