      On ***** I paid to this *** thinking that it was USCIS Immigration, to renew my Green Card, I do that every 10 years. As soon as I am sent the money, my bank ******** sent a warning that it could be a SCAM, so I told the bank about the fraud and they hold the amount. I today I received a note from the bank telling me that they reverse and paid the $285.00. I called the bank and they said that is NOTHING they can do because they having found anything wrong, and that I have to call the company direct and resolve in my own way. I called the Company **************, I spoke with a Manager, Miss ***************** and she informed me that is NOTHING she could do in refund the money. then I asked if I was going to get the green renewal from them and she said no.

      We can see that ******************************* has previously used our service in the year 2014 to renew his previous green card proving that he was are aware of the service we provide along with the fee associated with our service. ************************* was able to log into the account using the same email address and password that was created in 2014 in order to add the new service and access the online self help software to fill out his application.

      ***** contacted our customer service department AFTER he had filed a dispute with the bank (dispute filed on 07/18/2024). We responded to the chargeback alert on 07/24/2024. ***** was notified that we can not process a refund as there was a pending dispute with his bank and he would have to contact them for resolution details. You can also see notes on his account here from his previous service in 2014.

      Date of transaction 6/21/24 for $285.Online states company immigration direct will renew permanent green card & no permanent green card was received. Paperwork to mail to submit for immigration renewal, (free online to print with ********************************** is why immigration direct ***** explained they charged me $285 for free paperwork I had already filled out myself & mailed myself to the united states ************************************ services. This company is falsely pretending to act like they are from the U.S. Immigration ***** advertising they renew ID cards and they do not do that. They only charge fees to print paperwork that's free to print out already, scamming people online.
