I called 12/12/2022 asking for my order. The lady said that it was just going to production 12/12/2022.       When this customer called and demanded a refund for shipping because they expected their order in just a couple days we explained our policies and procedures on shipping and delivery, broke it down bit by bit, even walked her through the different locations she could see them on our website. In her statement she even quotes some of our responses. She then changed her tune, started to back track a little, then hit us with and I quote "I am supposed to know what the word production means?"  Our response to that was YES and if you were still unclear our phones are on M-F 8am to 5pm, email is 24/7 and all of our representatives are happy to help answer any questions that arise. Then she got mad raised her voice, threatened to contact BBB and the bank, threatened a smear campaign said some other not nice things and hung up.

      We are very clear on our website about all of our practices. We believe in managing our customers expectations by telling our customer the truth. We get countless calls a day from customers wanting to verify our production time and believe in giving honest and straight forward answers, nobody likes being lied too. Information is power we truly believe this to be true. We want our customers to be happy and we want them to return, we pride ourselves on our customer service. We do our due diligence to make ensure this happens but customers need to accept some culpability in the situation and "I did not understand the word production" is not a refundable excuse.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Please read the response from their customer service person. 

      She did not mention that I asked to speak to a supervisor. 

      She declined to allow me to speak to the owner or any supervisors. 

      Please review her condescending and rude way of handling the issue.  Clearly it shows how rude and how this person had no customer service whatsoever. 

      I clearly did not have a chance to take it further as from a customer point of view.  

      The vendor gave me no chance to explain further regarding their policies.  

      I have gone along and found other reviews from this company; I should have read them first before placing the order.  

      Will never order from them again.
