      I , *************************, was fined $1000.00 for stating a true and accurate statement that the board president-********************************* was an ex-felon. I paid the fine, 6-23-2024, for just stating the facts. I was fined for "bulying" when in all actuality **************************** had been bullying me telling me while I was out in the courtyard that I don't pay my HOA. There was a new HOA, I was still / paying online to the old HOA. I went to my bank and canceled the 2 payments. I came back and entered into the club house to pay the payments that is where the problems ensued. It has been over 3 weeks from the incident, and I got an email that I am barred from going into the club house to pay my monthly HOA. My 2 key fobs for entering the mail room were shut off for 4 days. One key fob was turned back on, but I am still waiting to be able to make an appointment to have it turned on.I got an email since that then that I am banned for 1 year for going into the club house or using the amenities for 1 year. I am paying for these limited services. I believe this is bullying. I need some assistance to get my money refunded and to have the board held accountable for their abusive actions.Sincerely,***************************** *********************************************************

      Hello,

      I am responding to the complaint issued by *************************, complaint #********. ************ is confused as to whom she should be filing the complaint against. It is not our office, Prestige Management Group, as we make NO decisions for the Alondra HOA. This is the entity that assessed her the $1,000.00 fine, not our office. A copy of the decision letter sent to ************ is attached & you can clearly see it's from the Alondra HOA. While we manage this HOA, we make no decisions for them, only send notification of the decisions made by the ***** of ********** I feel for ************ and wish there was something I could do to assist her or reduce or waive her fines (at least some of the fine assessed), but the ***** of ********* heard her response at the hearing she was called to and made the decision to assess her a HSW fine of $1,000.00 due to the bullying altercation she was involved in, and we have no authorization to remove any fees from homeowner accounts without the express permission from the ***** of ********** This complaint should be closed and ************ should file a complaint against the Alondra HOA through the BBB OR through the **** ***************************** AGAINST Alondra HOA, again not our office.       Hello,

      I forgot to add that the $1,000.00 paid by ************ went directly to the Alondra HOA. Prestige Management Group receives no portion of those funds, none whatsoever, so there is no refund we can give the complainant.
