      If I could leave a big "0" review, I would. They harass me at least once every month. This month twice. I have sent letters and called the office requesting they take me off their list. I received at least one, if not two letters every month. I have never contacted them to pursue a business relationship. They are showing bad business practice. I would never recommend them to anyone. Once they have your name and address, no matter how they got it, they will continue to harass you. They really must be a joke.

That certainly wasn't my intention. However, after reviewing my received correspondence, I have no record of ever being notified by Ms. **** requesting to be removed from my mailing lists. As of April 8, 2022, I have ensured that Ms. **** has been removed from all mailing list and added her to our "Do not mail" database. Please realize that I do have some letters currently at my third-party mailing service for distribution, so I ask that if Ms. **** does receive another letter in the coming week that she kindly disregard and dispose of it. However, there will be no further communications initiated to her as of this notification and response. However, there will be no further communications initiated to her as of this notification and response." May AND June...still receiving letters. I just want the letters to end. This is now harassment. He lied to you that he had not received any letters from me. As I previously stated, some mailings may had already been sent to my third-party printing and mailing vendor at the time of her original request to be removed, which was in fact the case. In addition, my advertising to Ms. **** was actually targeted to another property address (********************). This was not disclosed in her original BBB complaint. Consequently, I did not make the connection when removing Ms. **** from my database. My database is built with the targeted property address as the identifier, and not the mailing address. Consequently, in April with the original request, I removed 8209 Emerald Isle Ave from the database only. I was not aware of her second address at that time, which was the focus of the direct mail campaign. At this time, I can assure you that BOTH addresses have now been removed from my database. And unless Ms. **** has a third address that I am unaware of, she will not be receiving another letter from me. I will send 2 attachments to Ms. Castro in response to her email. I could not find how to send an attachment on the response form. I hope the attachments will be forwarded to Mr. K******. It shows additional name and addresses that were previously sent to him in prior letters. One letter I sent, specifically targeting *****************, was dated September 23, 2021. The second letter listing both names (last name difference) and all properties involved was sent to him on January 19, 2022. I have removed all of the addresses from my mailing database. Again, I apologize for the confusion, but as stated previously, without all of the property address information, I was unable to ensure their removal from the database. I can confidently assure you that all seven addresses have now been removed, and again apologize for any inconvenience the receipt of marketing letters may have caused.
