We have a microwave that the plastic piece that holds a spring to latch the door closed on the microwave. I took it off already to know the problem was the plastic piece that holds spring that broke .We called the office and told them the problem. That it was plastic part that holds the spring that broke , she said that it a common thing that breaks and says she found the plastic piece we needed on the computer while on the phone. We told him when he first got to our house it was the plastic part that holds the spring ! the tech takes apart the face plate (the part that you push the numbers to program the microwave) I told him the microwave wasn't plugged in ,he didn't even plug the microwave in to the electric outlet or used a vatmeter to read electricity while he unnecessarily took face plate off . Then unplugged each connector then plugged them back together and says the microwave works but the plastic piece on door was broke ? Then charges $ 95 Which we already knew it was the plastic piece that was broken, I felt like I had a flat tire and called someone to change tire and the guy checks under the engine checks the oil then says you have a flat tire and says that's $95 dollars and leaves you on the side of the road with a flat tire ? My mother 76 yrs old and felt obligated to have to pay the $95 for something that was so obvious all he did was unnecessary , it only takes 5 minutes to take the 2 screws out and put the plastic piece in , I will send a picture of receipt I didn't want to loss this letter
