              On the company's website they advertise Facials. I scheduled a facial but when I went in for my appointment in June of 2023 I was told they no longer do facials. I asked for a refund and was assured I would receive one but when several days passed and I didn't receive one I disputed the charge on my credit card since I did not receive the service. For nearly six months now I've been sent statements for a $55.00 Chemical Peel. I DID NOT get a facial, chemical peel or any other service. I've reached out several times to have this resolved and I keep getting told it's under review. I need this cleared up, I'm worried this will affect my credit score.

              I am the POA for my ex-husband, who had a scheduled appointment for surgery to remove the melanoma on his chest. I was told to bring snacks since there would be a possible two hour waiting period. Needless to say, the clinic was closed! He has already waited 2 weeks just to receive this scheduled appointment. The incompetence of this practice is alarming. It is not even accredited by the BBB and I can see why!!! Patients be ware!!!
