    Bait and switch. Made an appointment online, logged in. It was 75$ for the massage and 15$ added for 10 min foot scrub. They confirmed the appointment for the amount of 90$. At the very end of the session I gave the therapist a 20$ tip and went to pay, THEY CHARGED ME 140$ FOR THE MASSAGE (not including the tip) no warning, and the explanation was inconsistent. I was being charged at the non member price, however that should have been established when I was making the appointment. And because they are so difficult to get ahold of and have shady business practices I will probably never see that money ever again. I will never use this business again & really hope that they face consequences for such abhorrent business practices. ALSO the massage was supposed to be 60 min (50 min massage time & 10 min to undress/dress) and then an added extra 10 min foot scrub. Appointment at 10:30 and wasnt sent back until 10:32, got up and started dressing at 11:28. I had 46 min of massage time including the foot massage which should have been 60min. I am so extremely frustrated.

    Massage Envy is a great concept. Become a member, and you will be able to use services every month. However, once you become a member, canceling your membership becomes a nightmare.I started my membership in 2019 at the Rock Springs location, which was convenient to where I worked. Then COVID happened, and the world shut down. During that time, they continued to charge my account monthly, even though there was no way to access the services. To make a long story short, I racked about 17 months of service credits. When I felt it was safe to return, I started using those credits at the St. Rose branch. After finally using them all up, I was now ready to cancel my account. This is where the nightmare gets worse.I went into the St. Rose branch to cancel. At first I was told that I would have to go over to Rock Springs to cancel, since everything had to be done by the home location. When I explained that I no longer work in that area, they finally allowed me to handle the transaction at St. Rose. When I looked over the cancellation paperwork, I was surprised to see that there was a 10 day period before my account could be canceled. I wanted to make sure I had enough time to do this before being charged again, but I was there only 7 days before the next payment date. I would think that 7 days would be sufficient time to process the cancellation order, but it appears that all they are interested in is to get as much money out of their customers as possible.On Monday, I tried to speak with the manager at the Rock Springs location, but was told she was in a meeting and would be returning my call the next day. When I did not receive that call, I called the location and was told that the manager's days off were Tuesday and Wednesday. They also told me that they would not be able to contact the manager on her days off. So, now it is Thursday. When I finally was able to track down the manager, I was told that there was nothing that they could do and
